There are so many things to fall in love with...A private relaxing getaway!

This home has a waterfront fenced in yard with lush green grass...a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, outdoor shower, Weber grill, and a hot tub with beautiful water views under the stars…
Inside, you can stay comfortable with central air, or enjoy the large screened in porch with a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. The other side of the room has a sectional which is the perfect place to unwind!
We also include two single kayaks, one double kayak, and a paddleboard for you to use.
You can walk to the beach, breakfast, lunch, ice cream, dinner, and drinks!

This home was so beautiful and fully functional with so many amazing amenities (hot tub, games, kayaks, etc) I felt as though we were staying at a 5 star hotel! Beds were extremely comfortable, every room was fully functional and clean, I would stay again in a heart beat!

Beautiful Water Front
The home is beautiful! It’s on a lake with lots of water activities and 30 minutes to Newport, which worked out great for us. The property is very clean, well stocked and the owners friendly and responsive. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A Perfect Summer Getaway!
Our stay at this vacation home was absolutely fantastic! The property is a true gem, offering a blend of relaxation and adventure. We really enjoyed the use of the kayaks, exploring the tranquil waters right from the property. The neighborhood was quiet and we sat outside to enjoy the view for breakfast and dinner. The kids had a great time playing fooze ball. Communication with the property manager was helpful and timely. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

What an absolute gem! The property was amazing. The hot tub, fire pit and game room made for great memories and laughter. The hosts were extremely responsive and bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed for a great weekend! Take their suggestions for food. You won’t be sorry! Lovely Cozy Inviting Waterfront Retreat
We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Newport VRBO! I visited with my family—my wife and two kids—and we all loved every minute. The jacuzzi was a huge hit, and the view was simply breathtaking. The property was spotless and matched the description perfectly. The hosts were fantastic and made sure everything was in place for our stay. The house is beautiful and spacious, with great features both inside and out. We enjoyed the TVs, games, and especially the outdoor amenities, like the jacuzzi and kayaks. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some quality family time. We would love to come back again—highly recommended!

Pretty Views & Great Patio
My mom, tween daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! The waterfront views are incredible and the comfy screened-in patio quickly became a favorite gathering spot. The hosts were wonderful, the house is fully stocked, and we took advantage of the hot tub, kayaks and bikes! And great location - within striking distance of Newport, Westport, and Somerset. We’d love to stay here again!

The house was just as beautiful as the photos and we loved the location! We walked through the neighborhood to the beach everyday. The house is a short drive to Newport where we spent most of our days. Loved the backyard and the hot tub! The renters were very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely rent again!

A View to Remember
This house is so lovely. If you don't have a good time during your stay, I think that's a you problem. Owner is very helpful. House is clean and well appointed- everything you need and comfortable furniture. I could sit in the screened in porch all week and be happy. Great location to walk to dinner- we barely used our car.

We enjoyed our stay immensely over the Thanksgiving holiday. Lovely views from the living area. Close enough to Newport for excursions. Appreciated the items in the kitchen - was able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. Enjoyed utilizing the games available in the lower level and the hot tub.
