This is a terraced house on the Southsea / Eastney border. You are just 10 mins walk towards the seafront takes you to the quieter end of the beach where you can enjoy the seafront with less crowds.
There is great pub just 5 mins walk from the house called Eastney Tavern. This is a great place for a Sunday roast or just a drink and a game of pool.
For restaurants and bars take a 15 min walk to Albert Road and take your pick from huge variety of various cuisines and independent bars and pubs.
Other places within a 10 min walk are;

• Canoe Lake & Recreational Park
• Southsea model village
• Portsmouth cricket club
Gunwharf Quays is just a 10 min drive or there are plenty of buses available and you are just a 10 min hovercraft away from Isle of Wight if you fancy a drip trip!
Whole property and garden
This house has a lovely feeling about it and is a great space to enjoy. The Living/dining area is a great sociable space and also a good place to work from should you need. You will find a smart TV & some Toys, books and games for kids.
The kitchen has all the cooking amenities you need, including cooking basics such as Herbs, Oil, seasonings etc. You will also find a washing machine and clothes airer for laundry, we also provide a High Chair and Travel Cot in the property.
The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a big Bath with a good pressure shower.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, the double has plenty of hanging space and you will find an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. The decor is very cute & snug feeling with lovely linen and fairy lights on the wall. The single bedroom has Twin Bunk Beds, plenty of drawer space and both rooms have a hairdryer.
Outside at the rear is a small but very cute garden with bistro table and chairs where you can catch the sun and enjoy a nice glass of wine. Please be careful, the decking can become slippery when wet!

Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3.60 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.
The banisters on the stairs have quite a wide gap and would not be suitable for a toddler or very small child to go up and down on their own.
Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.
Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.
All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.
