"This is my fourth year staying here, great walking access to downtown Portsmouth and easy driving distance to everywhere else in the area. Property Manager is a pleasure to deal with, apartment is well equipped and well kept up. Only trouble is that Every time I go there I wish I could stay longer!"

"Location was fabulous—very walkable to shops, restaurants and bars. The property was as described in the listing but it’s important to know there is no free on-site parking. And while the free public lot is quite convenient there is a max stay of 72 hours. For a long stay (ours was five nights) it becomes iffy since that free lot was full or maybe one/two spots open anytime we’d go by.
