"This is a charming and warm historical property and well worth my visit for the one night. I stayed here. The family is warm and caring and makes my trip so much more enjoyable as I sit in their backyard amongst fields of agricultural pursuits with wheat and other products in the process of growing, the sounds of songbirds and the neighboring roosters which did not make any sound thank God last night or this morning along with the hen add to the wonderful ambience. I am delighted I stayed here. The building is 150 years old rustic, and very charming. "

"The property was in a lovely, quiet location in the historic centre of Ferrara. We enjoyed a comfortable, quiet stay. The only hitch was that we had not realised that the single bedroom is about four small flights of stairs down from the rest of the house. Both my husband and I require a toilet on the same floor as a bedroom. We also sleep in separate bedrooms. This was resolved by using the sofa bed. The manager was most helpful in providing bedding for us. Looking ahead, perhaps you could consider replacing the desk and shelves in the single bedroom with storage for clothes, etc. That would make it more welcoming and functional. Thank you for a peaceful stay in a fascinating city."
