The Villetta is located inside the Le Ville a Bagnaia condominium, just 600 meters from the beach and the town center, which offers a minimarket, a pharmacy, typical restaurants and characteristic beach bars, where you can stay until sunset, which every evening offers breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Portoferraio.
You will find yourself on the northern side of the island, with its wonderful pebble beaches washed by crystal clear water, wonderful when the sirocco wind blows. Bagnaia and its beach are dominated by the Volterraio Castle and set in a green and uncontaminated context. A perfect place for snorkelling, diving and sailing, but also for trekking, given that many of the most beautiful paths on the island start from here. Every summer Saturday the village comes alive with fresh fruit and vegetable stalls and clothing, the ideal destination for those who want to enjoy peace, sea and nature.

Villa 4 beds
The 60 m2 structure is equipped with a patio equipped for comfortable outdoor dining and a large, fully fenced green garden. The entrance to the apartment is via the kitchen or the living room, on the ground floor. The equipped kitchenette connects to the large and bright living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs and a large wooden dining table. The sleeping area is made up of two double bedrooms (one room has a service bathroom inside) and a main bathroom with shower and bidet.

Important Notes:
- groups of YOUNG PEOPLE under the age of 21 are not permitted
- small pets allowed with a €30 supplement on final cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): €200.00 refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
