The property is one of the oldest residences in the territory and in the beautiful garden there are archaeological excavations that recall the history of this particular area. The property named "Tenuta San Marco", is definitely in a very quiet place ideal for relaxation and walks along the new path "Il Cammino della Rada ', which runs right under the Roman Villa of the Grotte to the lovely Castello del Volterraio. The apartment is at about 5 kilometres from Portoferraio, near the San Giovanni thermal baths.
This two-bedroom apartment for 4/6 persons has the entrance at the ground floor of the historic house, where there are two single beds. At the first floor there is a small area with an equipped kitchenette (with induction cooker, oven, fridge and washing machine), a living room with table and chairs, TV; two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with shower. It is decorated in style, with some antique furniture, basic and comfortable. Outside, a green area partly equipped with bench, table and chairs, with a beautiful view of Portoferraio’s bay. The parking place is nearby.
