An old renovated farmhouse on the north coast of the island houses two apartments, a studio flat on the ground floor with an equipped outdoor area and a two-room flat on the first floor. The house is a few minutes by car from the best known white pebble beaches: Sottobomba, Prunini, La Sorgente. The area is quiet and has all the services. The historic center of Portoferraio is 2 km away and offers pleasant opportunities for visits to the Medici fortresses, the Napoleonic residence Palazzina dei Mulini, the Linguella archaeological museum. Portoferraio is the ideal place to stay and from which to set off to discover the mining side on the east coast or towards the sandy beaches on the south coast.
The studio flat is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. The apartment is small but well equipped and furnished with care, it has a kitchenette with 4 burners and fridge, a dining area and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two people. The apartment is very bright and has an equipped space at the entrance for exclusive use. In common with the two-room apartment on the first floor, a green area with barbecue and dining area for outdoor dining.
