"This property fulfilled our expectations. Plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen for cooking, a large swimming pool, and a table tennis table. Walking distance to shops, and restaurants, and many woodland walks in the local area. The barbecue was unusual, and the remote keys for the gate a little unreliable. "This was a stunning property in a stunning area of real, non-touristy Italy. The villa was furnished in a traditional rustic style and was comfortable and well equipped. The outside . area was particularly inviting with lots of space to eat and a pool to die for. My 4 grandchildren, aged between 2 and 6, had to be dragged away from it! There is a fantastic outside area, with a huge private swimming pool, deck chairs, dining table area and sun shade. The grounds are well kept and you can enjoy watching the birds and fantastic hummingbird moths in peace and let the world fade away! "What a beautiful Villa and property! This was our home base for day trips north to the Dolomites. There was plenty of space for us. The weather was very hot when we were there, 33° and higher. We had air conditioning in the attic bedroom. Air conditioning in the first floor bedrooms would have been ideal for our other guests."

"We had high expectations of this property given the past reviews and we were not disappointed! This is a beautiful property with a fabulous pool which allowed all family members aged 1 to 68 to interact and have fun. Patricia was an attentive host who responded quickly to any needs. We highly recommend this property "

"Friendly hostess and son, nice place with lots of history. The booking was through home away which I will never do again, beacause I wasn't able to book it only a request for a booking. Since there was no immediate action we booked another room elsewhere the next morning and just after that we got an email that the requested room was not only available but also booked and charged to our cc directly. This costed us a double payment for 1 night. More a home away problem than the resort."

"The property is lovely and built for relaxing. The property has multiple units which are rented But we had the property ourselves. One issue is that the description identified internet and bathtubs which would have been great for our kids who typically take baths and watch some cartoons. I think the description could be clarified that these items are not available in all units. Otherwise it was beautiful place."

The place is beautiful, with a very large garden to play in (trees to climb, swings, and even a funicular). The house was very clean, and the host very kind and responsive. Situated ideally between Dolomites and Venice both just 45 mins away."
