A 5 km from the center of Porto Vecchio, on the south shore of the gulf, the villa is located in the residence "MARIN VILLAGE" which includes:

The villa is air-conditioned and was completely renovated in 2014, on 2 levels it consists of:

- On the ground floor:
           - An entrance with staircase leading upstairs.
- A living room with sofa bed (2 places), flat screen TV, DVD player, WIFI box.

Un coin de paradis
Véritable coin de paradis, proche des plus jolies plages ! Idéal pour passer un séjour tout confort, au calme avec une splendide vue sur la mer. Le logement est parfait et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Un grand merci à Jeanne qui a été très accueillante, dans le partage et le conseil des activités et endroits à visiter. Vraiment, nous n’avons rien a redire si ce n’est que nous reviendrons pour sûr !

Idéalement situé
Calme, propre ! Le bon endroit pour profiter du golf de Porto Vecchio. Piscine, tennis à disposition. Seule la terrasse est un peu étroite mais elle vous met à l’abri des regards.

Schöne Anlage, Haus etwas klein
Die Anlage ist schön und groß, es waren allerdings auch kaum Leute da. Der Pool ist wirklich groß. Der Tennisplatz (Steinplatz, kein Sand) sollte besser in Schuss gehalten werden. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist zu klein für zwei Erwachsene. Gute Küchenausstattung. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Jeanne vor Ort. Wir empfehlen es.

Excellent séjour
Après un petit bémol d'annonce sur l'appli Abritel pour la location du linge de maison (résolu à l'amiable avec le propriétaire), et un accueil chaleureux de Jeanne nous avons apprécié cette location fonctionnelle pour 2 couples et bien située. Les amateurs de glace que nous sommes ont juste regretté l'absence de congélateur. Malgré cela nous conseillons vivement. Serge VERGEZ

Très bon séjour
Appartement duplex bien conçu et équipé, situé dans une résidence au bord du golfe de Porto Vecchio. Jardin commun avec une très grande et agréable piscine. Parfait pour la famille. Ne pas craindre un peu de proximité avec les voisins. Le plus pour nous : la disposition d’un corps mort pour le bateau.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Beaucoup de moustiques le soir ! La piscine des enfants était vide... ils n’ont donc pas pu en profiter. Dommage. Sinon, parfait.

Séjour très agréable
Accueil très sympathique, jolie maison, fonctionnelle et très propre. Belle piscine un peu froide mais rien d étonnant puisque nous y étions fin septembre. Mini plage mais suffisante pour un bain au retour d une promenade et à quelques km on trouve de très belles plages.

L'emplacement de la maison est très beau et le jardin et la vue de la maison fantastique/ Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und die Sicht ist fantastisch. Malheureusement, il y avait beaucoup de lacunes dans la Maison. / Leider gab es viele Mängel im Haus. WC interrupteur d'éclairage défectueux et /La porte n'a pas pu être fermée. Lichtschalter WC defekt und Tür liess sich nicht schliessen. Cuisine graisseuse et sale/ Küchengeräte dreckig und fettig. 2 terrasses non nettoyées/ 2 Terrassen nicht gesäubert. Beaucoup de fourmis dans la maison et le jardin./ Viele Ameisen im Haus und Garten. Il manquait des tasses. Il n'y avait que 3 tasses à café pour 4 à 6 personnes./ Es fehlten Kaffeetassen. Es gab nur 3 Tassen für 4-6 Personen. Les verres ont été complètement rayés et n'ont été remplacés qu'au bout d'une semaine./ Die Gläser waren komplett zerkratzt und wurden erst nach 1 Woche ausgetauscht. Tous les autres défauts n'ont pas été corrigés par l'administrateur pendant notre séjour./ Alle anderen Mängel wurde durch die Verwalterin nicht behoben. Le nettoyage n'a pas inclué. / Endreinigung nicht inklusive. En fait une très belle maison de vacances, malheureusement mal gérée et mal entretenue./ Es waren sehr schöne Ferien, aber leider durch diese Mängel beeinträchtigt. Avec le prix très élevé, on s'attend à une maison de vacances propre et intacte./ Bei diesem Preis erwartet man ein sauberes und intaktes Ferienhaus. C'est pourquoi nos belles vacances en Corse ont malheureusement été altérées./ Daher war leider unser schöner Urlaub beeinträchtigt.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le confort de ce bel appartement qui est très bien situé. Un merci particulier à Madame Jeanne, fort accueillante et très prévenante. Petites remarques et/ou à faire réparer: - porte des toilettes au rez ne se ferme pas depuis l'extérieur - en cas de pluie, écoulement d'eau contre le mur de la terrasse - prévoir évent. des prises contre les moustiques? - nos voisins étaient sympa, mais un peu bruyants.... on les excuse avec 4 enfants!!
