Beautiful villa, 300m from the beach with private access unique place in paradise

Villa seaside 2 minutes from the beach of palombaggia. Comfort, quiet, equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms (each bathroom and toilet) + 1wb invites + mezzanine, bathroom, air-conditioned house. Direct access beach of palombaggia in 2 minutes.
Large house located in a private property, feet in the water, on one of the most beautiful beach of Corsica. Garden with terrace. Beach of fine sand and turquoise water.
Exceptional setting .House for 6 people maximum. The villa is located in an area of 10 ha, bordering the famous PALOMBAGGIA beach.
Our villa is in a preserved nature, Calm or reigns the tranquility and soothing accompanied by the song of the cicadas. The house has just been renovated.
Linens and towels provided. We have a patio with 2 outdoor showers (convenient for the return of the beach) and we have a barbecue.

Fantastic stay
We had a great holiday in Palombaggia, the house is conveniently located near the beach, spacious and comfortable for our family of 5, mini market close by, nice restaurants at easy reach and Bonifacio less then an hour away. Only issue with us coming from the U.K. was no Wi-Fi.

It is a paradise!
We stayed in the house two weeka and we felt to be in a paradise, really you cannot ask more for a summer vacation. The house is well managed and also recently renewed, we loved the plancha and the terrace with no vis-a-vis. The beach is one of the best in south corse and is just 300 meters away following a private route under the shadow of trees. The support is great, we were helped vert quickly. We will surely come back!

Aus dem Pinienwald an den Strand
Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Häuser liegen 10 Minuten Fußweg vom wunderschönen Strand entfernt in einem Pinienwald. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man grundsätzlich braucht. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, dass zum Beispiel die Auflagen für die Liegen wohl von den vorherigen Gästen „ zerstört“ worden sind und noch keine neuen da waren, haben unseren Aufenthalt nicht getrübt. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein oder zwei Sonnenschirme für den Strand für die Gäste zur Verfügung zu stellen. Es ist sehr sehr ruhig und wer Erholung sucht, ist richtig. Im Hochsommer ist die Klimaanlage Gold wert.

Localisation remarquable
Le site est remarquable : il s'agit d'anciens champs et pinèdes situés en bordure de la plage de Palombaggia sur lesquels plusieurs maisons assez éloignées les unes des autres ont été construites (terrains sécurisés par un portail). On accède directement à la plage par un chemin privé à travers la pinède. La description et les photos de la maison sont très fidèles (y compris sur les parties qui n'ont pas encore été rénovées). La cuisine est bien équipée. Les 2 chambres du bas ont été très bien refaites ; la chambre du haut, bien que non refaite récemment, reste très confortable (cf. photos). La climatisation se fait à partir des chambres. La maison est quasi "mitoyenne" d'une autre maison, sans que les occupants ne se gênent.

Férias inesquecíveis
Bela propriedade , casa simples e aconchegante , muita paz , natureza, segurança e tranquilidade , dentro de uma reserva com ares de fazenda e ao mesmo tempo próxima de uma bela praia (cerca de 10 minutos a pé ). Boa localização 15 a 20 minutos de Porto Vecchio de carro. Bons restaurantes e mercadinho num raio de até 5 a10 minutos de carro. Proprietária atenciosa bem como os membros de sua família que moram na casa vizinha próxima a propriedade. Sempre cordiais, atenciosos e discretos. No futuro gostaríamos de repetir a experiência.

Alles in allem OK.
Das Haus liegt ruhig am Rande eines Pinienwaldes und ca. 500m vom Strand entfernt. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in knapp 10 Minuten erreichbar. Innen ist das Haus im Erdgeschoss renoviert, bis auf die Küche, welche in die Jahre gekommen ist. Auch der obere Stock befindet sich noch in altem Zustand. Der Innenhof mit den Aussenduschen, der gemeinsam mit dem Nachbarhaus genutzt werden kann, ist alt und ungepflegt (Hinterhofatmosphäre). Leider sieht man auch vom Wohnzimmer direkt in den Innenhof. Generell würde der Garten und der Aussenbereich etwas mehr Zuwendung benötigen. Die Küche ist etwas dürftig eingerichtet (Viele alte und zerkratzte Pfannen, keine Weingläser, nur zwei Teetassen, etc…) Alles in allem OK.

Charmante maison idéalement située à 5 minutes à pied, dans une magnifique pinède, de la plage. L'endroit est très calme avec une jolie vue sur les prairies de Palombaggia. Dommage que l'étage ne soit pas rénové comme le rez de chaussée...

Vacanza perfetta per noi
Casa bella e funzionale, arredata con buon gusto, circondata dalla pineta e dal silenzio. È assolutamente corrispondente alla descrizione. In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva sulla spiaggia della Palombaggia in un tratto abbastanza affollato, bastano altri 5 minuti di cammino per avere distanza e tranquillità, essenziale per noi essendo una famiglia di 5 persone con 2 cani. C’è un minimarket a 2 minuti dai prezzi improponibili oppure un supermercato molto fornita a circa 15 min di auto.

Maison très pratique et bien située
Nous y avons passé deux semaines très agréables, en famille. L'accès direct à pied à une des plus belles plages de Corse est l'une des raisons; l'autre, c'est que la maison a tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer un excellent séjour, la cuisine bien équipée et généreuse; la climatisation fonctionne très bien, la literie est bonne et c'est appréciable d'avoir chacun sa salle de bains. Accès à pied à des restaurants. Superette très proche. Une plancha est aussi pratique. La douche extérieure aussi, pour les retours de plage. Et pour les plongeurs, cerise sur le gâteau, accès à un club de plongée directement avec en plus de la place pour garer sa voiture en parking presque privé au pied du club, pour porter son matériel. Donc je recommande. Pour certains, la proximité d'une autre maison pourrait gêner, mais pour nous, non, malgré les personnes séjournant derrière. Aussi, les autres maisons de l'enceinte sont très éloignées dans les pins et sans vis à vis. Au calme. La maison n'est pas clôturée pour les chiens un peu fuyards, donc il faut les tenir en laisse mais ils sont tolérés sur la plage. Au total, de bonnes vacances et nous avons regretté ne pas pouvoir y séjourner la troisième car déjà louée. Merci à Hélène pour l'accueil et sa gentillesse.

Super séjour;Très bel emplacement , très calme dans une pinède en bord de mer; La superbe plage a 5 min à pied, maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût,espaces généreux, Hélène ( la femme de Ménage) adorable et tres disponible, juste certains petits équipements dans la maison un peu vieillissant… maison mitoyenne où les parties communes peuvent un peu déranger certaines personnes..

Idéalement situé
Maison sans prétention mais largement rénovée (séjour, chambres et 2 salles de bains neuves). Grandes chambres, 3 sdb et 4WC, de quoi ne pas se battre ! La cuisine n'a pas été rénovée mais elle est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Prises anti-moustiques à disposition, très appréciable. Douche extérieure dans un espace partagé avec la maison d'à côté. Manque un peu d'ombre sur la terrasse à l'heure du déjeuner et pour ceux que cela pourrait déranger, le jardin est peu entretenu - pour notre part pas de sujet. L'énorme avantage de la maison est d'être au calme et à 5 mn à pied de la magnifique plage : pas besoin de secouer vos ados le matin ni de payer un parking en plein soleil. Région au top, 25 mn de Porto-Vecchio, 40mn de Bonifacio, 1h-1h30 des montagnes et rivières proches (cavu, bavella, coccione). Super séjour. Ménage ok sans plus (lits faits, draps et serviettes bien propres) mais restaient qq toiles d'araignées avec leurs habitantes.

Top level comfort @ 5’ walk from superb beach
Very pleasant house with shady terrace, surrounded by pine trees in an enclosed development. Five minutes walking to The Palombaggia sandy beach. Very comfortable beds and luxurious bedding, in three en-suite bedrooms. The towels should be upgraded to be in line with all the rest (towels were small, rough and did not smell good); also, contrary to the description, there are no beach towels available. Very pleasant terrace with grill to eat al fresco. An excellent expérience overall! Thank you!

Super sejour
Maison au milieu des pins qui permet de bénéficier de l'ombre , endroit tranquille super pour les chiens qui peuvent aussi aller à la plage qui se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds. Maison agréable ni trop petite ni trop grande séjour à 6 personnes et 2 chiennes. Supérette à 10 minutes à pied très pratique et très accueillante. En cas de problème on peut compter sur Sandra pour nous aider. Je recommande cette location et espère avoir l'occasion de retourner en corse où tout est magnifique.

Une location fantastique
La location est parfaite: dans le parc de Palombaggia, à 5 minites a pied de la plage. La maison est grande, très bien meublée et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons trouvé tout ce qu'il nous fallait dans la cuisine. L'accueil a été précis et agréable. Nous retournerons sûrement.

Lovely little house in peaceful beachside location
We had a great stay at this little house. It is 5-10 minutes stroll down a track to the beach, which is gorgeous. We were met by Lauras agent at the local supermarket who took us to the house, which was good as it would have been a bit tricky to find if trying to find ourselves. The house was clean and well prepared for our arrival with all the things you would expect to find available for use ....except wifi, which didnt seen to exist. Great to have the use of the washing machine, clothes line and iron as we were travelling for over 5 weeks. As there was only two of us we didnt use many of the rooms but there is more than adequate space for a family. We sat outside in the evenings with a glass of Rose and enjoyed the serenity of the peaceful location. The property is however one of two properties joined by a communal courtyard with bbq, outdoor shower etc, which was fine as there wasnt anyone there when we stayed but Im not sure if it would be as peaceful with another family so close by, but as mentioned not a problem for us. It was a great base for us as we wanted a property a little away from the town with its hustle and bustle of tourists which enabled us to fully relax and enjoy our break. Would advise to definatly have a car as its a drive to any shops. A few restaurants nearby are walking distance. Overall a great little house which I would recommend and go back to.
