Beautiful designer single storey apartment with an area of 63 m2 + 40 m2 terrace in a small recent charming residence, located in an area of 10,000 m2, 3 minutes by car from the superb Santa Giulia beach and 5 min from the beaches of Palombaggia. Porto Vecchio is 10 minutes away. Shops at 5mn

You benefit from a superb infinity pool of 300 m2 and a pool house reserved for residents.

The tastefully decorated living room / living room / open kitchen has an area of 30m2 and opens onto the private terrace of 40m2 partly covered with a pergola. Very well furnished terrace (dining area, lounge and barbecue) which overlooks the residence's gardens

Très bonne adresse
Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour en corse . L’appartement est en parfait état , très propre, très bien situé près des plages . La résidence est sympa et la piscine superbe propre et peu fréquentée. Karine est très réactive et arrangeante on reviendra !

A beautiful place !!
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful and cozy Appartment. From the first day onwards Karine Lettree was a perfect host. The Appartment ist just a few kilometers far away from the beautiful beach Santa Giulia. The Appartment ist well equipped, all necessary things you need are there. All in all we definitely recommend this Appartment for all who wants to spend there vacations on Corsica !! We stayed with 5 people in the Appartment (2 adults and three kids at the age of 17/13/12)

Rien ne pourrait être original par rapport aux appréciations précédentes Une belle villa, très fonctionnelle, meublée avec beaucoup de goût, une terrasse très agréable et ombragée, avec vue sur des petites bergeries, l'impression d'être en pleine nature, une superbe piscine, à 5 ou 10 min des plus belles plages de l'île, très proche de Porto Vecchio et même Bonifacio Ajouter à tout ça beaucoup d'attentions dans l'accueil des propriétaires et c'est la recette gagnante de magnifiques vacances en Corse A recommander chaleureusement! NOS VACANCES EN CORSE
2ème année consécutive ou nous passons 3 semaines dans cette villa et toujours que du bonheur. L'emplacement est idéal pour les plages de Santa Giulia et Palombaggia ou toutes les autres un peu moins connues mais toutes aussi belles. La villa est parfaitement conforme au descriptif, en excellent état, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée, la terrasse est notre endroit préféré, elle est spacieuse, ombragée et très agréable à vivre. L'ensemble de la residence est harmonieux, chaque villa est vraiment indépendante et joliment paysagée. La piscine est très grande et assez peu fréquentée dans l'ensemble, il est donc fréquent de s'y retrouver seul et la vue sur les montagnes est superbe. Bref, nous avons trouvé notre petit coin de paradis sur cette île magique et bien entendu les 3 premières semaines d'aout 2016 ne seront pas disponibles puisque nous y retournerons avec le plus grand plaisir pour la 3ème année !

Vacances de rêve
Tout d'abord, cet appartement est exactement le même tel qu'il est décrit sur le site. Facilement accessible par le plan qui est donné par les propriétaires. Ensuite, l'appartement est irréprochable au niveau de la propreté et des équipements. Nous avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour, c'est un bonheur quand on connaît les problèmes que l'on rencontre dans d'autres locations. De plus, la résidence est tout simplement magnifique avec sa piscine chauffée et qui est ouverte sur un très large créneau horaire. Pour finir, vous pourrez apprécier le livret d'accueil laissé par les propriétaires sur toutes les plages à découvrir, les restaurants, les villes à visiter et les commerces. Nous avons découvert énormément de choses en Corse grâce à ce livret. C'est donc en connaissance de cause que je vous conseil cette location où vous n'aurez aucune mauvaise surprise.

Vacances de rêve
Résidence très bien aménagée. Rien ne manque et tout est impeccable. Le mobilier est la fois moderne, pratique, solide, en nombre plus que suffisant et très confortable. Literie de qualité! Piscine et solarium spacieux et calmes. La plage à proximité vaut le détour et Porto Vecchio offre un éventail d'activités répondant aux plus exigents. Quant aux restaurants on n'a que l'embarras du choix. Bref, vacances réussies grâce à des propriétaires attentifs au bien être de leurs locataires. Nous les en remercions.

Very nice holiday home
We have spent 9 nights in this very nice, modern and spacious holiday home. The house is perfectly located in a quiet and well-maintained park, where children can play securely outside. Nearest supermarket and bakery within 5 minutes drive. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen very well equiped and maintained, even with some salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil..... The outside shady veranda is a perfect place to spent your days at the large dining table or relaxing sofa and chairs. Maybe one note of importance: like every-where there are mosquitous in early morning and evening. Unfortunately the windows and veranda-door lack mosquito-screens. With closing the windows and lights before dusk and, if necessary, with aircondition on (very quiet!) that shouldn't be a problem. Without hesitating, we can recommend this house to everybody searching for a clean, modern, spacious holiday appartment near Corsica's finest beaches!

Un séjour de rêve dans un bel appartement de grand confort. La terrasse est très spacieuse et équipée avec beaucoup de goût. De merveilleuses vacances

Le paradis en Corse du Sud
Très bel appartement à proximité de la plus belle plage de Corse ( Santa Giuilia) Prestations de qualité ,meublé et décoré avec goût (décoration très design) ,cuisine très bien équipée et tout est de très bonne qualité voire haut de gamme. La terrasse est bien exposée et il fait bon s'y reposer. Séjour idyllique à recommander ,seul bémol ,au mois d'Avril cette semaine là,le climat n'était pas au rendez vous.... A noter l'accueil très sympathique à notre arrivée et à notre départ.

un petit coin de paradis
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans un logement neuf, décoré avec goût et fonctionnel. A noter particulièrement : une literie excellente (les gens qui souffrent du dos comme moi apprécieront...). La location bénéficie d'une immense terrasse sans vis-à-vis. La piscine de la résidence est très belle, et l'accueil sur place chaleureux. Bref, rien à redire....

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment très agréable. La situation de la maison est idéale, près des plus belles plages tout en étant très tranquille. On a apprécié la grande piscine avec vue sur les montagnes. La maison est charmante, meublée avec gout et super bien équipée avec une mention spéciale pour la cuisine. On a aussi apprécié la grande terrasse couverte pendant la journée ou le soir pour des super barbecues! Merci aux propriétaires pour une organisation parfaite du séjour, pour la disponibilité et l'accueil. Sans doute une adresse à recommender 100% !!
