Ideal for peaceful holidays, with friends or family, our villa, "LA VILLA DADDY" classified 4 *, is located on the heights of the village of Muratello, in the hamlet of Cipponu, just 7 km from Porto-Vecchio and of its superb beaches.
Enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the village of Muratello, it can accommodate up to 8 people. With an area of 160 m², it consists of 2 separate parts.


Enjoy your meals on the terrace which borders the swimming pool!
Relax on the quiet deckchairs and enjoy the view!
Have fun with the petanque and badminton court and the ping-pong table!

The first part includes a spacious living room with exposed beams equipped with Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with Canal + and Canal Sat, a fully equipped American kitchen, including a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with double beds, separate toilet and a bathroom.

The second part has 2 independent parental suites with their own private bathroom offering a view of the village and the swimming pool.
As well as a large garage.

PS: The swimming pool is heated from March to early June and from September to the end of November.
All rooms are air conditioned.

Agréable séjour familial en Corse du sud
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison correspond totalement à ce qui est décrit et aux photos. Tout est pensé pour passer un séjour en famille ou entre amis sur place avec les jeux à disposition ( pétanque, badminton, table de ping-pong) et le spa. La météo ne nous ayant pas permis de profiter de la piscine. À souligner aussi la propreté des lieux, très appréciable ! Les hôtes sont également très disponibles. A noter un véhicule pour se déplacer est indispensable.

Vue magnifique
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison : l’extérieur, avec terrasse, piscine, jacuzzi et terrain de badminton devant une vue exceptionnelle, est un vrai plus. Nous avons vraiment pu en profiter, même en avril. Nous occupions les 2 chambres situées dans l’annexe qui étaient très propres comme tout le reste de la maison et parfaitement fonctionnelles avec toujours ce paysage incroyable. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et extrêmement réactifs. Nous recommandons fortement cette location

Die geräumige super ausgestattete Villa war zu 100 % wie im Inserat beschrieben.
Die Lage war traumhaft. Die Zimmer und Bäder sehr schön und sauber. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Die Vermieterin beim Check-Inn sehr freundlich. Einziges Minuspunkt: Nachtruhe ab 22.00 Uhr. Wir wurden beim Spieleabend (Kartenspiel) auf der Außenterrasse zur Ruhe ermahnt. Das war für uns eine starke Einschränkung, ab diesem Zeitpunkt konnte man die lauen Abende auf der Terrasse nicht voll genießen. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Korsika. Gerne wieder!

Maison avec tout le confort possible
Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, toujours à l'écoute pour renseigner et rendre service. La maison est très bien située dans le maquis avec une vue exceptionnelle. L'ensoleillement est également exceptionnel et nous avons donc pû profiter au maximum de la piscine et des belles terrasses. Et tous les soirs nous avons eu la visite d'un bien sympathique renard. Tout en étant en pleine nature et au grand calme nous étions qu'à dix minutes de la mer. Nous retournerons certainement dans cette belle maison spacieuse et confortable André BOURRELLY et ses amis

Vacances comme on les aiment
Maison idéale pour deux couples avec ados ou enfants car chacun son espace ... Les deux chambres extérieures sont très bien équipées, propres et décorées avec goût (seul bémol un peu chaud la nuit car pas climatisées) Les équipements extérieurs sont un plus pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Très chouette séjour, 15 jours de plaisir passés dans cette belle villa Les photos de l'annonce correspondent bien à la réalité. Les 2 chambres annexes et la piscine sont vraiment top! En famille ou amis ne passé pas a coté
8 jours trop court a ne plus avoir envie de repartir.La location vous présente une vue formidable avec les 2 terrasses,ça piscine et les aires de jeux. Après un bon petit verre de rosé bien frais dans le salon de la piscine,on oublierais presque qu'il faut se levée pour visité le reste de la corse. Enfin pour vous dire c'est une belle l'oc conforme aux photos voir ++ et les proprios super sympa et a la foie discret. Alors n’hésitai pas,pour moi sur je vais revenir. Les Bretons vous salue les corses .

belle villa dans l'ensemble
D'un point de vu général la villa est sympa, belle situation et très belle vue. Au calme et quand même pas trop loin de Porto-Vecchio. Petit soucis, mais qui est devenu un très grand soucis avec la chaleur qu'il a fait, il n'y a pas de climatisation, et dans la partie ancienne de la villa il a été impossible de dormir dans les chambres. Heureusement, très grand salon.

Super vacances en famille et entre amis
On a passé de super vacances à la résidence Funtanella. On a réservé cette villa pour des vacances entre amis et en famille ( nous étions 2 familles avec 2 enfants chacune) et c’était l'endroit idéal. La maison est bien pensée et très bien équipée, nous avions chacun notre indépendance. La vue est quand même extraordinaire, les petit dej en terrasse reste un excellent souvenir, sans oublié notre partie de pétanque sur le boulodrome de la villa... mémorable !
