"The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient...

"We were blown away from start to finish the second we arrived on this property. Panoramic ocean views abound from pool deck to roof deck to the multiple patios and decks to the living room. Herbs and chilis grow all over the gardens. The kitchen has everything needed to cook anything. There’s even an outdoor wood fired brick oven. "La maison est magnifique, spacieuse et propre. Toutefois les matelas à ressorts sont très inconfortables, la piscine est commune à plusieurs locations (plus ou moins indiqué dans le texte de l’annonce mais nous avions coché "piscine privée"...), la terrasse de la maison étant à 3-4 mètres de la piscine nous avions des inconnus juste sous le nez (et avec des enfants, hors période scolaire..) dommage !"

"The house was very spacious. It was very clean. It had a lovely private garden/ orchard and although the pool was not big it was good for cooling off. There was a cafe next door and a bakery next door to that. There is a supermarket about 3mins in the car away and there are a few local restaurants. We only ate at one, Il Sogno.. "We loved our stay here so much!! There was so much room for everyone (ages 8-80) to play, sleep, and gather for meals on the gorgeous patio or swims in the pool. Giulia was an amazing communicator and helped us tremendously on her personal time when we experienced a medical emergency. I can’t thank her enough for sharing her home with us and treating us so well. We truly hope to be back to enjoy the lovely area, the beautiful and relaxing home, and the stunning seas nearby!"
