Very quiet area except the Saturday night when there was noise from a disco at hotel nearby but fine with earplugs and extremely quiet every other night. Downside was location. "There were 14 of us in total and the property fulfilled our needs perfectly! There was ample room and the property was immaculate and well appointed. The onsite manager was extremely helpful especially when we had a problem with the boiler and hot water which was resolved within a reasonable timeframe. The pool was excellent. There were restaurants, bars and beeches within easy travelling distance. The roads are a bit scary but the overall experience was outstanding and we would highly recommend...

"Owners of the place Michaela and Michael are very nice and excellent hosts. Very helpful and ready to take care of their guest any time.Nice location with 2 separated and cozy houses. Excellent for family with teenagers. In hot summer this private and very clean pool is just perfect place to spend relaxing day. Alghero is only 10 min drive by car with plenty restaurants, shopping, music and whatever is needed. All around are perfect beaches easy to reach by car. It was a very nice and relaxing...

"Had a great 2 week stay at this Villa. We were 6 adults and 1 three year old child. Clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine in all the rooms - air conditioning, WiFi, good water pressure, good hot water, all the appliances in the kitchen. No surprises. The commercial fridge in the kitchen was a really great feature, as we had to store lots of water bottles and cold drinks for our group. Pool was cleaned practically every day. All in all, very nice!"

"The villa is large with private grounds and plenty of parking space. We enjoyed using the pool and spending time on the patio area. Inside the property is well used with some furniture quite tired and worn and fixtures and fittings in the kitchen needing attention. Air conditioning is limited to just three of the bedrooms downstairs and therefore did not benefit the communal areas. "Bien situé, dommage la maison est sympa mais devrais etre un peu plus entretenu, comme changer les cuvette des toilettes qui sont tres abîmé et du coup sent la pisse.... les transat des qu'on s'asseoir se casse ou se d'éclipse. A notre arrivé, il y avais des fourmis sur le mur, et elle nous dit la personne que c est envahi..... elle aurait pu mettre des bombe anti fourni a disposition car on était envahi partout..... dans les chambres ca monté sur les vêtements.... tres désagréable fallait...
