TRISTEZA, DECEPÇÃO TOTAL
Infelizmente foi a pior férias em Porto Seguro. Além da cidade estar horrível com cobranças absurdas de consumação, o hotel deixou a desejar em tudo. Pedi um quarto com o ar condicionado limpo porque sou extremamente alérgica e Infelizmente o ar está totalmente contaminado, sem manutenção de limpeza há mais de 6 meses. Não praticam a lei do Silêncio, pois estou sem dormir desde o dia que cheguei. Café da manhã péssimo, sem opção alguma para pessoas com restrição alimentar. Único ponto positivo é a limpeza diária e a educação das mulheres da limpeza, mas a questão é que o hotel necessita de reforma urgente. Chuveiro horrível, reamente parece chuva, um pingo aqui, outro alí, não funciona como uma ducha, não dando para enxaguar os cabelos e nem a área íntima. Muito descaso com o local. Até parece que está abandonado. Se tivesse um suco natural no café da manhã, seria ótimo, mas não, nada natural!

Estadia Sunshine 2023/2024
Estadia razoável. Nos hospedamos na mesma propriedade em 2022/2023. Optamos novamente pela mesma propriedade, mas desta vez não ficamos satisfeitos. As condições estruturais estão muito ruins. O hotel precisa de uma reforma nos quartos. Muito lodo nas paredes dos banheiros, ferrugens nas saídas de água dos chuveiros, vaso muito encardidos, borda da piscina gordurosa. Solicitamos a troca de acomodação, mas a que nos trocaram estava nas mesmas más condições. Ouvimos estes mesmos relatos de vários outros hóspedes. O café da manhã também caiu muito em relação a nossa estadia do ano 2022/2023, sequer tinha uma mosteiro, fato reclamado por muitos, além da pouca variedade de opções durante os 10 dias de nossa hospedagem. Realmente, de bom na hospedagem, só o atendimento dos funcionários. Pelo preço pago pelo Hotéis.com para nos realocar, conseguiríamos ficar em um hotel melhor.
