Jóia no meio da região de mata de Trancoso. Muito bem localizada, a passos da praia dos Nativos, uma boa experiência para quem prefere a praia, já que é necessário carro para "subir" ao Quadrado - onde estão os restaurantes. Aliás, o carro eu recomendo para que possa conhecer as demais praias da região, todas paradisíacas. Equipe espetacular passando por todos os funcionários, pousada muito charmosa e confortável. Ismênia, a responsável, sempre disposta a ajudar os hóspedes e carinho mais do que especial das meninas que cuidam do café da manhã. Jasse e Josi - cozinheiras de mão cheias, que recebem pela manhã os hóspedes com toda energia e simpatia.

Algumas incongruências

Anos-ex-agente de forma geral foi muito boa. O quarto é excelente, além das roupas de cama e banho serem de ótima qualidade. O hotel tem um padrão maravilhoso ainda mais se tratando de uma região de praia e construções rústicas, porém alguns itens de atendimento estão dissociados dos padrões que poderia alçar. Como exemplo cito que ao chegar fomos recebidos pela cozinheira ao interfone que não sabia afirmar se estávamos no hotel certo, a seguir fomos recebidos por pessoas que embora bastante simpáticas estavam com roupas bem informais e não sabiam dar informações básicas de turismo na região. Para completar ao pedirmos na piscina itens constantes do cardápio como a caipirinha a resposta foi não tem porque não compramos frutas para fazer! Isso em plena alta temporada. Dito isso acho que precisa trazer o atendimento e alguns detalhes para altura que as instalações e ambiente do quarto já estão, fazendo com que o hotel mereça com facilidade a quarta estrela.

Pousada ótima, boa estrutura e ótimo pessoal. Apenas necessário um pouco mais de estrutura de informações. Fica próxima a praia (nativos, que nao é a mais bonita e mais sem graça). Dá para ir andando. Para o centrinho (quadrado) infelizmente é inviável ir a pé. E táxi é super caro lá. Coisa de doido. As meninas são uns amores e super atenciosas. Fazem de tudo para nós agradar inclusive umas tapiocas na hora da fome.

The hotel and staff were great!! Great breakfast.

I really enjoyed my 10-night stay here. The was located very close to one beach. However to get the main Quadrado church area, you have about a 15min walk. You will need a taxi to get back home at night from the Quadrado area. The breakfast was cooked fresh every morning and the staff were very nice and attentive. Rooms were super clean too.

Adorei a hospedagem, todos os funcionários e os donos foram muito atenciosos e educados. Fica muito próxima da praia, dá pra ir a pé e a noite pro quadrado a própria pousada chama o taxi pra você. Pousada limpa e muito confortável! Recomendo!
