I had stayed in this hotel about 18 years ago and my experience had been superb. So I decided to not look at any of the reviews and just book it. Mistake!!! The property needs major renovations, its in the same condition it was from 18 years ago. The rooms are small, the AC units drip, bathroom is very old, the room we stayed in faced the street which was super loud. The hotel charges for everything even towels. They charged us for cups that we used from the fridge to drink water. Terrible experience. There were so many nicer hotels around the area.

Nice hotel with a very nice pool. Very good breakfast. My only complain is that I had to go down the stairs carrying my luggages. I fell down and I hurt my leg. They should have an easy access for guests on the 2nd floor especially during check in and check out. It was very uncomfortable and dangerous to carry the luggages down the stairs.

O maior destaque é a enorme piscina bem no meio com uma excelente arborização. Contudo, os quartos são velhos. Ficamos em um que não dava pra piscina e, como os muros não estão pintados, a vista era muito ruim. Parecia que estávamos em pousadas totalmente diferentes quando entrávamos no quarto e quando saíamos dele.

Hotel é mais antigo. Café da manhã bem gostoso! Atendimento deixou a desejar. Eu como trabalho com marketing espero que o atendimento seja feito não apenas para satisfazer, mas para surpreender. A internet estava péssima e ficou 2 dias totalmente sem internet. Eu uso internet para trabalhar e solicitei na recepção. Não houve nenhuma movimentação para me ajudar. Apenas falaram que está com instabilidade e só. No geral, foi tudo ok. Mas não voltaria não
