Muito bom. Os quartos STD quebraram a sofisticação do hotel. Mas tudo bem. Quando eu lembro deste hotel lembrava do conforto e espaço ficava deslumbrado.

Localização perfeita, atendimento bom, acomodações precisa de reparos no geral, suco no café da manha aguado, café da manha fraco sem opções de frutas, quartos sem telefone, registro do banheiro vazando, chuveiro ficava pingando. Todas as anormalidades foram comunicadas na recepção.

REGULAR.
Bom/Regular. Acho inadmissível não ter telefone no quarto, tudo que eu queria comer ou precisar no caso TUDO eu tinha que ir na recepção pedir. Os quartos do prédio anexo não pega Wi-Fi pois fica distante da conexão eu tive que ir até próximo a recepção pra fazer um PIX. Depois de dois sofrendo sem conexão nenhuma implorei pela troca de quarto e depois de 2 dias o hotel me trocou de quarto, minha estadia era de 7 dias, no próximo quarto o controle do ar não funcionava tivemos que ficar desligando na tomada, o chuveiro também estava quebrado vazando e molhando tudo toda vez que usávamos. E o hotel NÃO TEM SEGURANÇA NENHUMA, fica aberto o portão 24h e sem ninguém na recepção ou seja os quartos baixos podem entrar pessoas pela varanda facilmente. As piscinas não São grandes como aparenta nas fotos.

Um verdadeiro hotel nota 8
Bom custo benefício, a piscina era boa com escorregador que as crianças adoraram. Perto da praia do Curuipe, que tive dúvidas se era realmente própria pra banho. O café era bom, variado e gostoso. O quarto era razoavelmente confortável, WiFi bem ruim. A estrutura de cozinha era pífia, pratos caros e uma eternidade para ser servido.
