"Positives: We had the best available cottage, located at the very back of the grounds. Since it was September, the location was quiet. It would be noisy during season since it is directly across the street from the stage and playground. The cottage was comfortable and had all of the necessary basics in the kitchen. "The property is beautiful with unbelievable views of the sea, port and surrounding area. You can wake up early and watch the sun rise over the mountains in Tuscany. The pool is fantastic with amazing views. The property is great for kids, as there is a kids bedroom with lots of toys and books. We had some issues with the air conditioning and plumbing, but the host was incredibly responsive and everything was fixed very quickly."
