I the manager took me to my ocean view room but it was a closet with driveway view. He said that was all they had available for the night; odd given that aside from the 3 families, the hotel was empty. Finally the manager "found" a seaside room that was available. "We called once we arrived and were met by a host within 15 minutes. When there were issues with the property (air con) someone was out within 15 minutes to check it out, being on a Sunday no engineers were avaiable, but we were provided a fan and dehumidifier within a couple of hours to make the stay more comfortable, then egineers came out as soon as possible the next day.
