Sleeping a maximum of 5 people, this gorgeous penthouse, with a dream terrace just a few steps from the sea and the city center, is the perfect accommodation for groups of friends and families who love to live outdoors and are looking for a carefree vacation of pure relaxation.

The property is made up of:

- a spacious and comfortable master bedroom with a king-size bed, large closet and private balcony with a view;


- a second bedroom, which comfortably accommodates 3 guests, consisting of a single bed and a bunk bed;


- a lovely, practical and functional bathroom with full sanitary facilities (toilet, bidet), washing machine and walk-in shower.

Guests will, in addition, be offered a Welcome Kit consisting of shower gel, shampoo, intimate hygiene and shower cap.
Towels of various sizes, hair dryer, toilet paper etc also available;

- a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities including, in addition to various utensils, cutlery and cookware, a Nespresso coffee mashine with capsules, kettle, toaster, oven, refrigerator and freezer. 

You will also find tea bags of every flavor, sugar, salt, spices, oil and pepper.


- an elegant living room where placed an extendable table up to 6 seats, comfortable sofa and 32'' TV;


- a wonderful terrace with majestic and prestigious wooden table, ideal for lunches and dinners with family and friends, a rocking chair, a lounge area with corner sofa and imposing wicker armchair where you can relax after a day at the beach.
Also present is a Weber branded barbecue perfect for grilling with friends.
