"This is a beautiful house in the peaceful countryside and completely private. It is situated just over 2km from the centre of Martano. The house is spacious and well equipped and the outdoor terraces were perfect for sunbathing and meals. "Basic house with well documented issues with shower problems. Quiet location although you can hear people moving and talking in the adjoining villa. The swimming pool was beautiful but cold, and in a beautiful well kept garden. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. "We loved our stay here so much!! There was so much room for everyone (ages 8-80) to play, sleep, and gather for meals on the gorgeous patio or swims in the pool. Giulia was an amazing communicator and helped us tremendously on her personal time when we experienced a medical emergency.
