The hotel is majestic and the location is superb. Can’t be beaten. However, some members of the staff were arrogant and dismissive. After we complained, the manager apologized profusely.

Beautiful hotel in great location
This is a beautiful hotel and our suite was well appointed and had one of the best showers I have ever found in a hotel. Turn down service and cleanliness was fabulous. We had trouble keeping the room cool enough, the controls were confusing and would revert back to a default in the middle of the night. Staff was attentive and helpful but ultimately was unable to secure us dinner reservations other than in their own hotel and did not seem to have many restaurants that they worked with. Location was great . Very walkable to most of the areas we wanted to see

Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Wow!!! The concierge was phenomenal and am even arranged for my manicure and pedicure in room. The drinks in American Bar were delicious and it was really hard NOT to eat every meal at the Japanese restaurant. I had some of the best sushi and nigiri of my life. Overall, this was outstanding.
