Our apartment provides an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the authentic charm of Porto. Whether you're a wine enthusiast, a foodie, or someone who appreciates scenic walks along the river, this location offers a diverse range of experiences.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door leading to a furnished balcony, perfect for unwinding.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Oliveira do Douro, located in Vila Nova de Gaia, Porto, is a neighbourhood that combines historical charm, cultural richness, and natural beauty. Positioned along the scenic banks of the Douro River, it offers breathtaking views of Porto's skyline. Renowned for its association with Port wine, visitors can explore local wine cellars and savour tastings.

The neighbourhood's streets feature traditional Portuguese architecture, and its cultural sites provide insights into its heritage. Diverse dining options showcase fresh seafood and international cuisine, while nearby green spaces offer relaxation. With easy access to Porto, Oliveira do Douro is a captivating destination blending history, culture, and scenic allure.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, D. João II, is just a 15-minutes walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
