It is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift.
The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.
This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.
The hidden sleeping area has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Bus stops are in front of the house in every direction, making it easy to reach any location in the city. The downtown centre is just a 15-minute walk.
If you need to be invoiced by a company, you should always request the billing details before booking the property.
If the data is not shared in time, the invoice will be issued with a private tax number.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
