This beautiful apartment has open living, dining and kitchen areas. The living area is a bright space with big windows that lets in a lot of sunlight that brightens up the room. Here you will find a comfy sofa bed, a work desk, and a four-person dining table. There is also a balcony where you have your morning coffee while enjoying the lovely city views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric stove and an oven.
The bedroom has two single beds with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well, and guests can access the outdoor balcony via the balcony doors.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. You also have a washing machine and a dryer, perfect for if you want to do your laundry.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Ramalde is a district in the city of Porto, Portugal. It is located in the north-central area of the city and is considered one of the most affluent areas in Porto. The district is known for its upscale restaurants, bars, and cafes, as well as its beautiful parks and gardens. Some of the most popular attractions in Ramalde include the Livraria Lello bookshop, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, the Porto Cathedral, and the Mercado Bom Sucesso. The district is also home to the Casa da Música concert hall, the Clérigos Tower, the Clerigos Church and Tower, and the Chapel of Souls. Ramalde is a vibrant and lively area and a popular destination for tourists and locals alike.
Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple buses stops that service the area.
- The nearest metro stop is Casa da music (a 7-minute walk).
- The nearest train station is Francos (a 6-minute walk).
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 minutes drive from the flat.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
