The six “São Domingos” apartments are located at the end of “Rua das Flores”, less than 150 meters from Ribeira, the typical and famous area by the River Douro. Each apartment is fully equipped, including air conditioning and windows with thermal and acoustic insulation. It is located in the 3rd floor without an elevator.
“Douro” is one of these apartments, named after the river that bathes Oporto and the vineyards up river where Port Wine comes from. The apartment has close to 100 square meters, is on the third floor of the building, and can accommodate up to six adults. It has two independent bedrooms, both “en suite”, with double-beds and full bathrooms (one with a queen-size bed, the other has a very spacious walk-in closet). There is a separate WC, a sitting room with a balcony over-looking the Square, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, a sofa that can be turned into a comfortable bed to accommodate two extra people, a table for meals, as well as other amenities. A baby cot can be provided upon request.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

The area surrounding the apartments is well served by restaurants, cafés, hotels and shops. There are many monuments, buildings and other interesting spots to visit, as well as traditional street animation, music and other shows to be enjoyed. From here one can easily get to other main areas of Oporto by foot, bus, tram or metro, the latter from the nearby iconic “São Bento” train station.
There are two car parks nearby, one on Rua Ferreira Borges (about 150 meters) and the other one on Rua Trindade Coelho - Parque das Cardosas (about 300 meters) , both paid for. In the street / public road the cost will be lower, but it is more difficult to park and the parking is limited in duration.
The Portuguese immigration services (SEF) requires all non-Portuguese guests to fill in a form with some personal data (ID number, nationality, etc.). This form will be sent to you through a certified program or given to you at the check-in. Before your check-in we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum. For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products ,bin bag., Teabags, and coffee capsules. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
