This charming 45 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by an open-plan living and kitchen area. The living space features a comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxing and easily interacting with those in the kitchen and a dining table for two.

The kitchen has a fridge, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. However, it has no stove, oven, microwave, or freezer, so plan accordingly for your meal preparations.

For added convenience, the property has a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The sleeping area has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The ensuite bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Here, you are close to the fantastic environment of Fontainhas, one of the most typical neighbourhoods in Porto. This is also where you can take the most impressive photos of the river area! This natural viewpoint offers lots of breathless views.

This is the main picturesque place for June's local, popular St. John festivities. It is a fantastic place to watch the fireworks on June 23rd, and the area remains quite authentic, with traditional restaurants, antique and second-hand shops, and local families living there for decades.

You can walk from here to anywhere in Porto city centre: Ponte do Infante, for instance, is 300 m away from Home, and so is Praça dos Poveiros, a vibrant and busy meal spot in the city. You will get to the great, iron D. Luis Bridge upper level, to the Cathedral or Aliados Avenue, within a 10-minute walk.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, S. Bento, is just a 900-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
