"The room was ok, clean & nice view. I arrived the first day the hotel opened so they still have a bit to do but the staff are welcoming & helpful with anything i asked for. The rooms are quite basic no tea/coffee or water provided. There is still work going on in the hotel in preparation for the season ahead it was a bit noisy in the corridor with men working. The hotel is far from polished but they are working in the right direction, I think they will need more staff once the season gets...

"The villa was exactly as listed - very clean. The pool and outside areas were fantastic - lots of space and perfect for a large family. Location was good - 10 minute walk to Spar supermarket (at the Caves of Drach). About 15 minutes further into the resort centre and a bigger supermarket.
