This place was fantastic and treated me and my girlfriend and her son and her babysitter amazingly well in three rooms that were close together and they treated us kindly and had fantastic room service and there is shopping and a medical center right next door and convenient parking and a road that connects everything in the city right in front. I will go there again and I enjoyed everyone that I met

É a terceira vez q fico nesse hotel e cada vez tenho a impressão que falta mais melhorias na manutenção do hotel. A descarga do banheiro não funcionava, a pintura das portas e paredes estão feias, o Box do banheiro está antigo e feio. Paguei o café da manhã a parte e achei fraco. A reposição é lenta e várias coisas faltam por bastante tempo. Minha filha pegou um sonho e ele estava completamente congelado.

Atendimento excelente
Estadia bem tranquila, 2 adultos + 2 crianças, chegamos pela madrugada 11 hrs de atrasos, devido a acidente de estrada e o atendente foi compreensível e reabriu a reserva que ja estava como cancelada. Bem atendido e os staff's bem atenciosos.

Não gostei da porta que dividia meu quarto com o outro quarto. Os ocupantes eram homens que fizeram muito barulho durante a noite. Esses quartos não deveriam ser disponibilizados para viajantes solo como eu. Só tinha uma frágil porta que separava os dois quartos por dentro. Esses quartos deveria ser deixado para famílias ou ter maior segurança na parte de dentro

O hotel é muito bem localizado, possui um bom café da manhã e a limpeza é boa. Tive três problemas na minha estadia. No banheiro não tinha condicionador, o pote estava vazio. Quando pedi o ferro de passar roupa, demorou mais de meia hora e só foi entregue porque liguei novamente pedindo. O telefone do quanto não estava funcionando. Pedi um lanche e precisei descer para aguardar a entrega. Aguardei por mais de meia hora e o lanche já estava na recepção e ninguém avisou.
