It smelled like smoke a little bit because of the BBQ restaurant downstairs, but nothing bad. The only bad thing about our room were the pillows, both were awfully bad.

Hotel was nice. Clean. Serves breakfast every day. If I were to find something wrong with it, it would be the fitness center. It has 2 treadmills, one bench, and loose free weights, so one has to assemble his or her own dumbbells. Also has a set of pre_set dumb bells that go up to 10k. I just need more than that so it made it difficult. Outside of the fitness center, everything was perfect.

Hotel razoável, após realizar a reserva recebemos um email informando que alguns serviços PODERIAM estar restritos devido à atual situação do RS, o grande problema é informar isso após a reserva ser realizada, reservamos e pagamos por uma hospedagem com café da manhã e ao chegar no hotel e perguntar sobre o horário do mesmo somente nesse momento que nos foi informado que não haveria café e que o mesmo retornaria na segunda, o hotel já tinha ciência da situação e não alterou/informou previamente, somos clientes da Rede Master em Poa e já havíamos nos hospedado em outras três unidades da rede, se a mesma informação constasse no momento da reserva não teríamos optado por se hospedar neste estabelecimento, mesmo tendo ciência que o café da manhã servido é simples! Quanto às dependências, estavam ok, um pouco deterioradas em alguns aspectos, a ducha é maravilhosa.
