I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience booking . I reserved a stay at the Hotel Manhattan by Mercury in Porto Alegre more than two months ago, specifically choosing it because of its pool, which was essential for my three young children to enjoy during a hot summer day. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the pool was out of service due to maintenance. This critical information was never communicated in any of the eight emails I received before my trip. The lack of transparency is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate omission. To make matters worse, I was also informed at check-in that does not include breakfast and that there is no parking included—details that were either unclear or poorly communicated. This experience has completely ruined the beginning of our family vacation. I feel deceived and let down by , and I expect better communication and accountability from a platform I trusted to plan such an important trip. I strongly urge others to reconsider booking through

Property in very poor conditions. Outdated, poor maintenance, missing toiletries and not clean (specially the kitchen drawers). And, on top of that, they allow homeless people to join for breakfast. Had to leave the hotel earlier. Glad that Expedia helped me get a refund of the remainder days.

Uma ótima opção
Hotel com ótima estrutura, apesar de parte dela estar em reforma. Funcionários muito simpáticos, estacionamento anexo, ducha e cama boas. É um apart hotel. Faltam talheres básicos, algumas iluminações do apart estava queimadas. o sofá cama estava estragado, Tb com boas opções de canais, localização muito boa.

O café da manhã é o ponto forte desse hotel, muito bom. O quarto também era espaçoso no estilo flat, mas tem espaço para melhorar na limpeza.
