Quarto amplo, novo. Atendimento excelente, em especial para a equipe da recepção sempre acolhedora e tambem para as camareiras da Torre Otávio Rocha, 6° andar… Restaurante com café da manhã farto. Único ponto é melhorar o sinal do WiFi e a Vedação dos ralos no banheiro, subia um pouco de mal cheiro de tempos ‘em tempos.

O Hotel está bem localizado em área central e próxima ao Mercado Público e Praça XV (onde se encontram facilmente ônibus, táxis e trens urbanos). O Hotel é limpo, o pessoal muito atencioso e a diária não é alta.

Minha estadia no geral foi boa, apenas me incomodei que a camareira entrou no meu quarto para limpeza sem minha autorização. Sai para resolver algumas coisas e quando voltei notei que tinha entrado e colocado toalhas limpas , não foi mexido em nada, e não achei ruim as toalhas limpas, achei muito gentil, só não me avisaram, pois deixei coisas pessoais amostra. No mais tudo correu bem e pessoal da recepção são ótimos me atenderam em tudo.

Garagem e cobrada a parte um absurdo 30,00 na reserva não avisa nada só diz que tem garagem mais não avisa que é cobrada a parte , café da manhã totalmente desorganizado faltando tudo dês de talheres, ovo , queijo tudo esgotado e demorado pra reposição atendimento precário…. Chuveiro não esquenta nem com reza mais de 10 minutos pra ficar morno !!! Resumindo experiência desagradável minha hóspedem mais o preço da hospedagem salgado pelo atendimento e condições apresentadas….

O quarto é ok. O corredor tem cheiro de mofo. Na última noite, a parte acrílica do teto despencou e os canos do apartamento de cima ficaram a mostra, deixando mal cheiro no quarto. O quarto é pouco iluminado.

O hotel não tem pessimas condições de hospedagem! 1- interfone do quarto para portaria e o inverso não funciona! 2- travesseis horríveis, nem dois tem altura! 3- cobertores péssimos e ar condicionado barulhento! 4- passei a noite ouvindo música no “talo” é um casal transando e tendo DR Prq ela não gozou! Horrível! Um local perigoso! No banheiro não tem uma prateleira para deixar suas coisas! Precisei deixar no chão! Não tem tomadas pxma a cama! Aliás, no quarto só tem tomadas num local! Sobre uma mesa! As toalhas pareciam lixas! Os lençóis eram menores que a cama! Foi a PIOR experiência da minha vida! Fiquem tão brava que minha reserva era de duas noites, saí após o primeiro pernoite sem coragem de tomar café da manhã! NÃO RECOMENDO!
