"We had a wonderful week in Cornwall with our daughter, son-in-law and Grandaughter. Seashells did not disappoint with having the added facilities of the Retallack resort to hand. Having a master bedroom upstairs for us and then the king bedroom and twin downstairs worked perfectly for us. Location in Cornwall allows access to everywhere"

"Booked this as a last minute alternative to a wet camping weekend which would allow our dog. And it turned out to be a lovely stay! Nice and clean, the prosecco in the fridge was a welcome find, and all facilities you want are there. You have to be aware this place is really out there in a rural area, nearest village is around 3 miles away and it's car, walk or taxi only, hence the 4 stars for that which you need to factor in if it suits you. "Lovely and clean caravan in a great location, exactly what we needed. Lots of beaches that are short drives away and one about 20 mins walk. Took two dogs as well. Also had some scones and clotted cream on arrival which was lovely."

"The property is advertised as towels and linen included, there weren’t any towels! Not the best caravan we’ve stayed in, classed as luxury, there were also only 2 chairs to sit outside! Wouldn’t stay there again for that price! "

"While the outside scenery of the property was beautiful the host was not helpful at all. In addition, I was asked to pay a security deposit amount prior to my visit, which I happily paid. But she kept it unfairly because she said she found a stain in the duvet! I am not sure what stain requires £50 to be washed. Even a new duvet cover doesn’t require £50! Also it’s extremely difficult to get transportation if you don’t have your own. We didn’t have our own transportation and had immense...

"Erholsame Ruhe auf dem Land findet sich hier reichlich. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in ganz Cornwall. Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Sehr große Räume, gute Ausstattung (Wasser im Whirlpool auf der Terrasse war bereits vorbereitet, Sauna im Masterbad gegen Gebühr). Leider war die Küche sehr klein und machte das Kochen nicht gerade zum Vergnügen (der Backofen war sehr verschmutzt). Trotzdem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. "We rented the summerhouse which was clean, welcoming and fairly well equipped. Self catering in such a small space was difficult but we took the view we wanted to experience food at the many restaurants nearby so not a major problem. The location was ideal for getting out and exploring parts of Cornwall we hadn’t seen before as well as being around an hour from the north coast. Ben and Lou were very welcoming and nothing was too much. We would certainly consider going back the next time we visit...

"We stayed at Keepers Cottage for 6 days in early October. The cottage, although very compact, has everything you need, and more. The hosts have really thought of everything when it comes to facilities for your dogs. The secure exercise field was an absolute favourite with Nougat and Sully, our two bull terriers, they were just so excited to go in there each morning, and last thing each day. Its also great having a safe enclosed area outside the front of the cottage for them to do their business....
