"We had to get tjek-in informations 25 min from the rented apartment! Not very convenient. The apartment was far from the pictures. The apartment was with mold in the windows and on the wall, the heater was not on and the apartment was very kold, the furniture was worn down, the bed was dirty and the bathroom was without heater."

"Fantastic location, office staff great. Good kitchen set up with everything we needed. Not the comfiest of beds, the bathroom definitely needed an overhaul - broken tiles and the shower screen leaked which turned the floor into puddles. Would however stay again on a short trip due to location and service. the issues were only minor "

"The penthouse was a great size and had great views all around. Check-in was easy - since the apartment was ready early we were able to ask our cab driver to take us from check in to the actual apartment location. It was nice and quiet. A bit of a walk to get downtown but we did it multiple times with older kids and were fine. Closing blinds took a bit to figure out but they all worked by a button on the blinds plugin if the wall button didn’t work. We would definitely stay here again "

"Check in location is a few minutes walk away from actual apartments, which I knew. But they dont even offer to take you or your luggage to the location. The heat didnt work and after multiple attempts to get someone they finally came over and changed our apartment to yet another apartment with no heat and limited working outlets.Customer service is none existent. It was near a shopping center and some fast food but I wouldve rather traveled for food and been comfortable. "

"This was a great place to stay and I would 100% recommend it and stay there again! I am going to include in my review things I always like to know when selecting a rental. - Great water pressure in both showers! - No outlet in the bathroom or hook for hand towel - Kitchen has no salt/ pepper, oil or any basics - Marks and Spencer is 2 blocks away on Grafton Street and has a wonderful market in the basement that is great to pick up meals to heat up if you are tired of eating out or want to grab...

"I really enjoyed my week here. The property was very quiet and clean. The front desk crew were lovely. Great location (air coach to the airport literally at the front door). Doors entrance code was given wrong on the email so we spent more than 20 min outside while someone let us in, because nobody answered the number that was given as an emergency after hours contact.
