"Wir haben sehr gute Urlsub gehabt. Ferienhaus ist schön, groß und hat alles, was man in Urlaub braucht. Inhaber ist sehr nett, immer hilfsbereit, hat uns gute Tipps zum Ausflüge gegeben, wir dürfen sogar früher einreisen. Haus ist gross, hat schöne pool, aussenküche und Grill. Nicht zu weit von Strand und zum Zentrum. Bäckerei um die Ecke. Küche ist nur am 1 OG, was sehr unpraktisch ist, daswegen haben wir nur aussenküche genutzt. Haus braucht paar modernesierungen, was laut Inhaber auch schon...

"Maison avec une décoration très datée. Douche: eau soit glacée soit bouillante ! Pas de climatisation.... On y etouffe!!! Horrible pour dormir (même si deux ventilateurs mis à disposition) Le train passe à partir de 4h du matin juste derrière la maison et siffle car gare à 1km. "

"This was a great place for our first “home” in Spain after moving to Empuriabrava on a long term visa. The house was small and efficient with a washer and clothes line. The property has a continuous wall and locking gate so it was perfect for our dogs. Thee are also a pair or cushy patio chairs to enjoy the wonderful weather and Tramuntana winds. Attention car pour accéder au logement il y a des marches et se situe loin de la route (à prévoir pour les valises et les courses). Je le déconseille pour les personnes handicapés et à mobilité réduite. Prévoir également la location d'une place de parking car très peu de place pour beaucoup de vacanciers..."

"The Villa Rubia is a very nice and comfortable house centrally placed in Cadaques. We were a family of 8, including two small children (age 1 1/2 and 3 1/2) + 6 adults and it functioned excellent. "Estuvimos bien en la casa aunque la sorpresa inicial fue que no habia sabanas ni toallas (hecho que no estaba detallado en ningun lugar). Y tuvimos que ir a comprar. La limpieza se podia mejorar. Aun así la distribucion y localizacion nos gustaron."
