Recently renovated unit on Willamette River with direct view of Elk Rock Island. Close to downtown Milwaukie and the thriving Sellwood communities. Just south of the Waverley County Club. Within walking distance of the MAX line, providing convenient access to downtown Portland.

Fully equipped and completely renovated kitchen, mutiple TV’s, decks overlooking river, and small yard with fire ring and gas grill.

Unit has five bedrooms (3 main floor and two in daylight basement) with two having river view and direct access to deck/patio. Unit has 3.5 bathrooms. It also has a bonus room with a futon that can sleep two. Basement level has additional living room and kitchen


Unit has a partial garage and room for two additional cars in driveway.

Property has river access but no dock facility.

We looked for a long time for the perfect fit and we got it right this time. This house was awesome! The view each morning made such a difference to how great the vacation was. The house felt like a home that people let us stay in. It had the right amount of updates for us without feeling sterile. It was well stocked with essentials. Overall a wonderful experience!

Spring break stay
The house is lovingly maintained with gorgeous views. Communication was easy and property managers were informative and helpful. The neighborhood and surrounding community are quiet and there are plenty of lovely shops and restaurants very close. Getting to the Pearl district, zoo, etc all takes about 15 minutes and was simple. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful home for a family reunion. All amenities were available even the use of the garage was wonderful especially in the raining weather. Jeff was very response with our requests. We would definitely stay again!

We all loved our stay in this beautiful waterfront home! With our fun outdoor activities during the day, it was so nice to come back and enjoy quiet time on the balcony overlooking the river. We never wanted to leave!

Wonderful Family Time
This was one of the very best places we have ever rented. 3 bedrooms with queens for 5 adults and 2 bedrooms for kids. View is amazing with great views and decks. Cookware, place settings, kitchen tools, etc. were plentiful and good quality. Jeff was a pleasure to deal with. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

The walkout deck and accompanying view of the Willamette river was extra special. You can sit for hours on end just staring out. House was well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Property was spacious. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

River Rejuvenation
Several members of my family are considering moving to Oregon and we needed a place to stay while surveying the area, a place to come back to to discuss what we learned. This property was perfect! So relaxing. Great place for spreading out so we weren't on top of each other yet easy to come together. The river views were amazing. We saw bald eagles several times.

Gorgeous River Views!
The house was very clean and had fantastic views. The only issue was that the living room view window is damaged (double pane vacuum compromised) so the window fogged up easily during rain. Kitchen is well outfitted -- we had everything we needed! The location was also perfect for us as we needed to be in both Portland and Canby. Good take-out restaurants nearby and lovely walks along the river.

Family vacation
Jeff's house was as described, with a beautiful view of the river. We were a family of 8 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. Kitchen was well suited for a large group, even had a waffle maker Location was great for day trips to the ocean, hiking, downtown Portland. We launched our motor boat just a short distance away and skiied out front, for the enjoyment of those on the deck of the house. Communications fast the one time we had a question. Would stay again anytime!

Gorgeous home with wonderful river views!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Riverway! We were in town for a family wedding, and we absolutely loved this home! The house was clean, comfortable, and more than met our expectations. There were 9 of us, and we had plenty of room to spread out and it was well stocked to support us all. The view of the river from inside or from either deck was absolutely spectacular no matter the time of day! Jeff was a great host and was very responsive to all our questions. The neighbor was very friendly, and even shared some of his garden bounty with us! It’s an excellent spot for families or larger groups vacationing together. We highly recommend this home for your family stay.

Beautiful View
We stayed here in January (not ideal weather in Portland), and despite the weather this was a lovely stay. Jeff made sure there was de-icing salt when we got there (there was a nasty ice storm while we were there), and he let us know there was a shovel available, and provided use of the garage which was the key to keeping the car from getting completely iced over. Anyhow, as for the house. The pictures don't quite explain the set up. There is basically an upstairs arrangement, and a downstairs arrangement. There are beds and baths on both levels and a small kitchen in the lower level. We mostly spent our time upstairs except when movie watching tastes did not match. The upstairs kitchen is super well equipped, it has pretty much anything you could ask for. It was very well stocked. The beds were comfy and there are a lot of extra blankets, which come in handy in January. We really enjoyed our stay, Jeff was very responsive and I would definitely stay again. I would imagine in nicer weather this would be even more ideal. So fun to watch all the activity on the water. The place is also walking distance to the little downtown area of Milwaukie. We walked a few days into town and around the river front park. Wind Horse Coffee shop is a lovely place for a stop if you need to get out of the rain, or just want a coffee.

Highly recommend this property for the view alone!
This is my third time staying at this property. The view down the river is spectacular, and there's lots of wildlife, mostly birds. We saw a bald eagle and a seal. The house had everything we needed. We'll stay there again if we have the opportunity.
