Dedicated fiber-optic wifi, Roku (login to your own streaming services), and an alternate power source for peace of mind. No hard shut-offs in Winter storms! Stocked kitchen, luxury bedding (700+T.C.), cozy wood-stove, and extras everywhere! Giant cedars, 16x20 patio, fruit trees, lilac, iris, BBQ, enjoy!

VRBO description is accurate. Very easy and fast communication with the owners. House is decorated with a lot of attention for details to make life pleasant for renters. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with brand new high-quality kitchen and cooking appliances. Very clean. Great backyard terrace with new charcoal grill. Off street parking on driveway or in garage (for a smaller car). We rent VRBO houses many times per year. The Nehalem house is certainly in the top of quality/price. Highly recommended.
