Who wants to be checked into a fully paid for reservation, and be told there's a problem with availability OF A PAID FOR ROOM? Also, being told ON THE PHONE, with the property, that pets were allowed with a $50.00, fully refundable, upon check in! When I was checking in, they then declared that they didn't accept pets! Luckily, I had a letter from my physician regarding my service animal. The 2 rooms were clean and fresh. We enjoyed our stay after the check-in disaster!

The front desk person, James was very nice and professional. The pool was warm, hot tub clean and hot. Coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave were very handy in the room. Breakfast was a real breakfast with eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, muffins and fruit and cereals. I had a very nice stay for a very reasonable price.

Loved the hot tub!! Hidden fees.. and was told I would get a discount the second night,I didn't receive that. Leaking fridge, wadded up used toilet paper in the toilet when arriving. And the tv only worked when it chose to. Beautiful views and nice staff and hot tub.

It was a little tucked away, in a way that was neither good nor bad. Some landscaping work could make the area around this property really shine, and it is in a good location to do so. It needs flowers. That said, it could also use a bit of remodeling. Altogether, though, this property holds excellent value for its price point, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and kind.

Hotel is very old and rundown. Carpets in halls were filthy and stained; doors were paint-chipped and rusty. Nothing smelled good. Upset that we had to pay so much to stay here. Room was decent compared to the rest of it, but still--this is a $100/night hotel at best. Not "quality" at all.
