This custom designed mid-century tri-level home is located in the desirable Highland Hills neighborhood. The home is a spectacular blend of comfort and style. Almost every room is bathed in natural light while being surrounded by greenery and trees.

Every room has been been outfitted with décor and furnishes curated to help create a truly special stay for every group. With the open living and dining layout connected to the kitchen you will have every opportunity to create unforgettable memories while staying in one of the regions most sought after homes.

★ Four bedrooms but five beds as one is the full trundle. It's not perfect for another couple but great for some kiddos.

Other things to note:

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.

A good gathering for place

The Best Rental House I ever stayed in.
My brother and our adult family members traveled to Portland to celebrate the life of our dad. The home was perfect for the 6 of us. Every detail was thought of and the floor plan worked so well.. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and the appliances and utensils were new. We will be back.

Awesome - As Advertised
The best thing about our time at this house was....EVERYTHING! The worst thing was that our trip eventually ended, so we had to leave...but we didn't want to. The decor was modern, the amenities were plentiful, the beds were cozy, and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, scenic and close to everything we needed. On top of all of that, the customer service provided by the staff was very proactive, graciously accommodating and extremely responsive. If I could give this property a higher rating I would.

Impeccable home and great hospitality!!
Our stay was memorable! The home was tastefully decorated, very clean/ tidy and pretty well equipped to accommodate our family that included toddlers and infants. They had a high chair, pack and play and even safety gates. I asked for umbrellas and even though the house did not have them, the host team made sure to keep them at the property before we checked in. The check in was seamless and the house had all the instructions required to make sure we adhered to their rules/ regulations. The house is on a quiet cul de sac and surrounded by luscious green trees. It was tranquil and comfy!

My family and I had SUCH a special holiday getaway at this amazing house. First of all, this is hands down the most well stocked rental I have ever seen! Wow. I'm talking spare batteries and tampons stocked level of stocked. So thoughtful. I was staying during an ice storm and they came and iced the driveway and walkways for me. My fam, friends and I have this on our short list for a cozy but spacious getaway that will accommodate all ages but still feels private and spacious, with the most thoughtful touches. This is a ten star place!

We forgot how exhausting a baby is.
The rental was perfect for us. We had more then enough room. Kitchen was equipped with everything. Very quiet neighborhood, we had our beautiful 5-month granddaughter, so we were all in bed by 10pm every night! The only 2 complaints I could say was it is a bit dark but I am from sunny California and we only saw the sun twice so that's not their fault, and there were 2 dogs barking at 3 am but we didn't hear them the rest of the time. TVs in the all the rooms was nice too!! Thank you for a wonderful trip. The beds were great too.All my Best,Penny and Dale

Perfectly located in Central Beaverton
This fantastic home is cozy, comfortable and at the same time provides enough room for several guests craving style. I contacted Maggie and Charles in an urgent need to provide guest housing for my family coming from across the country the very next day. They were unbelievably accommodating and willing to do whatever they could to make sure my uncles and 92 year old Grand Dad were comfortable and their stay would be as nice as possible. This neighborhood is beautiful and so was the home...down to every last detail.There was even a firepit in the backyard! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home for your family gathering or a vacation that would allow you to enjoy a suburban neighborhood. Thank you so much for everything, Maggie and Charles!

Our family group had such a lovely time at this property. They have a very cozy fire pit in the backyard with plenty of wood stalked in the shed. We lacked nothing. The management was very quick to answer any questions that we would have immediately. We highly recommend this place!!

This unit was well stocked, providing every item you might keep in your own home. All you had to do was add groceries to the kitchen, and you could prepare any meal with ease. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to, making this an ideal home for any Portland-based vacation.

The house was in a great location, easy to drive to. It was very clean which is our #1 factor We had good space for 8 of us including 4 children. The cul de sac was great for the kids and we really enjoyed the back yard. The managers were very responsive to questions Everything worked well and it was very well equipped for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Great home in quiet neighborhood
We stayed here for a few days while exploring Portland & surrounding areas. The home is beautiful & fully stocked with all your basic home needs(towels, plenty of pots & pans for cooking a home meal, hand soap, towels etc). My oldest daughter had the lower level to herself and loved it. Communication was great. Would definitely recommend & stay here again if ever in the area. Thank you for having us!
