Housekeeping is only scheduled every second day and if you happen to be in your room when they go by they do not return. As a result we had no clean towels, Kleenex etc. When we pulled out the garbage bag the inside of the container was full of black slime. The night staff did their best to help us but it clearly was a disappointing stay.

Had a great one-night stay to attend a conference nearby. The hotel is super clean and well-maintained. Room was spacious and I appreciated the smart TV so I could just log into my own apps for streaming. My only complaint is having to pay extra for parking. I get it downtown Chicago but come on, this is Hillsboro, Portland. I took one star off for that.

My nephew, I & my 2 dogs (BoJackson, 3yr old Shih Tzu, and FloJo, 1yr old pug) attended my dad’s funeral. We all appreciated the friendly atmosphere & staff. Natalie gave the warmest welcome—everyone at front desk mirrored this devotion to guests, the breakfast was fulfilling & the room provided a comfortable respite from the intensity of the trip. We’ve just checked in and property looks really nice. The floors to our room and the doors are looking pretty worn out but a bit dirty as well. On the Expedia app it double booked me because when I booked the first time the app changed the dates on me for a week after! Now waiting on management to approve cancellation on an extra next week stay, and waiting on Expedia to reimburse the full amount.

Just ok - was a good price for what we needed, beds were uncomfortable bathroom smelled sour and room was very loud you can hear banging of doors & what sounds like kids jumping above you but the staff was really friendly and I don’t know that I would stay again though
