Explore the beautiful beaches and rocky coastline within easy driving distance of Portland, or take a ferry to one of the many islands in Casco bay. This is a comfortable, funky, and spacious home base for your family and friends to explore the beautiful coast of Maine.
Upon entry, you'll find a bright interior filled with natural light. Marvel at the art throughout the space, the unique furnishings, and the prints on the ceiling, bringing life and personality to the home. Curl up with a good book by the fireplace, serve your loved ones home-cooked meals at the formal dining table, or carry on great conversations in the living area. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen with a floating island breakfast bar. With seven beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. Enjoy a soothing bubble bath in the clawfoot tub, or invigorate yourself in one of the walk-in showers. Kids will love hosting sleepovers in the bunk beds and using their imaginations with the provided toys and piano. Challenge your loved ones to a friendly game of billiards on the pool table, watch a movie on the large TV, or watch the sunset from the patio furniture and make memories that'll last a lifetime.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
