Live in a Comfortable Home, in Portland’s popular Munjoy Hill & Eastern Promenade area. Ideal for Family & Friends, a Special Occasion, Relaxing Getaway or Business. Portland's charm offers many markets, award winning restaurants & activities to choose from.

Shop The Old Port & Downtown Portland which are within walking distance. Freeport Outlets, LL Bean and The Maine Mall are a short drive away. Enjoy Portland's downtown art district and the waterfront walking trail which is just 2 minutes away. It's just a short drive to the coast with beautiful beaches & scenic lighthouses.

The apartment feels like home & maintains architectural features of the past. Both smaller and larger groups will love the spacious floor layout and we go above and beyond to provide you with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you need.
It has an updated eat-in kitchen, large separate dining room, spacious living room with flat screen tv, 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. Wifi is included. Some additional notes:

1) Off street parking is available upon request. There is free street parking in the neighborhood that may be challenging to find during the busier summer months.
2) Our units sleep 6 in beds and up to 8 with an air mattress that we supply.
3) Because of increasing costs, we have an additional per person charge or guests that exceed 5 people. We do this because of the rising costs of laundry, utilities and general wear and tear.

Great area, so close to so many things. Promenade just a few blocks away, nice for a morning or envening stroll. Lovely older 3 story home. We had a second floor apartment. Comfortable and very clean with 2 baths and a stackable washer/ dryer. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. A great stay!

Stayed here with three other friends, had a lovely time walking around, taking in the sights and foods of Portland. Found this location to be in walking distance of many nice restaurants and bars. Would recommend!

Four of us really enjoyed the comfortable apartment and the location was wonderful. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go. So close to the Eastern Promenade and 1 mile to Old Port. The property owner, Nick, was so helpful and great to work with.

The location of this home is superb. Nick went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, including dropping off a fan when I requested one. It was very spacious for 3 adults and 3 young adults. I would definitely stay again!

Enjoy Munjoy Hill
This space was comfortable, clean, and perfect for gathering with our family in Portland. We slept so well in the quiet neighborhood and enjoyed watching residents walk their dogs towards the nearby Eastern Promenade. Nick, the owner, was incredibly responsive and welcoming. Great weekend in Portland
We had a great stay at this property. It was perfect for our group of four adults and two kids. The apartment was exactly as described and had all of the amenities we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions quickly. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, spacious apartment in Portland close to everything.

We were there for just 2 nights but the location of the rental was in a perfect location to easily walk and or drive to all of the activities we did while in Portland. Nick was super responsive and so easy to work with before and during our stay! Safe neighborhood. On-street parking is really full so I also recommend working with Nick to reserve the off-street parking next to the property.

Great neighborhood location
We had a great stay at this property. It was in a quiet residential area close enough to walk to downtown. Also very close to little markets and shops and easy access to 295. Everything was easy about check in and check out. My feedback is that the place needs rugs in the bedrooms and living rooms and the main bathroom would benefit from an upgrade. The owner, Nick, was pleasant and easy to communicate with.

A lovely apartment
We (four adults, one toddler) really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment has all the amenities you need, and the layout is lovely (particularly the very sunny living room). The neighbourhood is fantastic, and it’s quick and easy to walk to either the beach (about 5mins) or downtown Portland (15 mins). For parents of toddlers/young children, there are lots of well-equipped playgrounds and parks nearby. Nick (the host) was quick and easy to get in touch with and was really nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Family Trip
Nick was helpful getting us into our place as we were a little confused on the directions. The apartment looked cleaner in pictures. It just needs a little TLC, aka touch-up the white paint. It reminded me of my college housing. Shower curtains need to be washed as well with mold growing at the bottom of them. Little hickup with parking as well. Don't park in the drive for even a short bit. Another family got mad at Nick for us parking there. I tried to make it right and paid for the parking. Nick wanted what the other family weren't going to pay, which was for two cars. I felt paying for two cars was a little extreme. Had we paid for the parking up front, he would have still lost the other family as the directions in the packet advise the parking is "first come first serve."

Great neighborhood
The neighborhood is great. The unit includes a washer/dryer which is great. It could use some upgrades that would not cost much--no ice cube trays, terrible toilet paper, new linens. I though the third bedroom had two twin beds. This was not the case. The description also says it can sleep up to 10 people. That would be really tight.

The Best Place to Stay in Portland!!
Our group of 10 girls came to Portland from Boston, New York and Denver, and we fell in love with Portland! Nick's house was amazing and central to our fantastic weekend for the following reasons: 1. Location: it's within walking distance to great cafes/restaurants on congress, the beach (note: the view overlooking casco bay from munjoy hill is incredible!) and bars/nightlife in the downtown area is only 20 mins. It's perfect! The best of Portland is at your doorstep. 2. Comfort: Nick's house is tastefully decorated- elegant, modern and best of all comfortable. After we went kayaking and hiking, it was a nice place to relax and unwind in. 3. Hospitality: Nick and his family went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We can't thank them enough for all that they did!! I can't wait to come back to Portland, and when I do, I will definitely be staying here :)
