Rules & Policies:
-There is a minimum stay of 30 nights and a maximum stay of 45 nights.
-Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property owner prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property owner at the number on the booking confirmation.
-You MUST provide an accurate guest booking count.
-No more than 6 guests can stay at this home.
-Absolutely No smoking indoors
-NO cigarette butts should be found outside of home anywhere on the homes property accept inside the garbage can... $500 smoking fee if cigarette butts found on the property.
-Home is suitable for children (2-12 years)
-No events, parties, or large gatherings - undisclosed guests warrants immediate eviction and additional fees.
-Only guests that are accounted for on the reservation are allowed to be on the property at all times.
-Must be 25 years old to book the property.
-Quiet hours after 10pm.
-Lock and secure the property when going out.
-Maintain Cleanliness: Please treat this home as if it were yours and leave the property as you found it. This home is not for events, conferences, or groups that want to entertain large parties. We welcome quiet couples or families. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken care of, there will be an extra fee of up to $250.
-Late checkout: Unauthorized late checkouts will result in additional fees, depending on the time of checkout. We clearly communicate our 10am checkout and our housekeepers schedule cannot be changed without penalty to us. If you fail to checkout by 10am, unless otherwise agreed, you will be charged the full nightly rate for the property. Staying past agreed checkout time is considered trespassing.
-If more than one dog is brought onto the property you will be charged with a $500 fine.....There are outdoor security cameras on the property. STRICTLY ENFORCED!!!
-You MUST clean up after your dog and put the dog poo in the garbage can.
-When your dog is unattended he/she MUST be inside of a crate. You are responsible for all damage/dog urine damage inside of home.
-NO shoes to be worn inside the house. PLEASE take off your shoes by the entry door, take shoes off in the house to prevent pine needles, mud or dirt and pitch from the trees from getting on the floors, and carpets.
