I did say to the owners that it would be best to have a good english speaker communicating on arrival and clearly saying what is to be done with the bins. just down the road is a lovely restaurant and a short walk away is a local supermarket."

"A thoroughly relaxing and beautiful place that's in need of a little bit of off-season repair. The property is set high up in a peaceful and well-maintained enclosure. From parking the car, there is good few steps up to the chalet and it's fantastic position overlooking the most spectacular sea and mountain views. "Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

The other main issue was that the pool is up steep steps to the upper level and is overlooked by the owner. "A very nice house, great location, nice view. Sadly I injured myself 2 hours after my arrival as a beach chair leg dropped and I hit my back on a bar, ended up going to the hospital the next day. The host was very attentive ( even bringing me to the clinic himself, they then transferred me by ambulance as I couldn’t walk on my own).
