Quiet and comfortable house, a short walk from the beach
Lovely house with everything you need for relaxing, within easy reach of the beach, restaurants and a short drive to supermarkets. Portiragnes Plage, Plage Ouest has lovely clean sand and easy swimming. Lots of other beaches nearby and a 40 minute drive takes you up into the Montaines Noir. Great local wines and seafood available.

Haus insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet
Das Haus war insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet; alle Dinge technisch in bester Ordnung.- In zwei Sachen war leider keine Entsprechung zum Inserat: Der erste belegbare Strand ist nicht 600m, sondern ca. 1100m vom Haus entfernt, also zu Fuß nicht ohne weiteres zu erreichen. Die Angabe "Stadtzentrum" ist irritierend, da das Haus inmitten einer Wohnanlage liegt. Ein "Stadt-zentrum" mit Geschäften, Restaurant etc. ist nur per Auto zu erreichen.- Zudem ist das Haus - was Nachbarn betrifft - sehr hellhörig (Gespräche, Musikgeräte). Die Trennwand zu den Nachbar ist eine transparente dünne Glaswand; eine isolierte Betonwand wäre in jeder Hinsicht besser gewesen. Das ist freilich ein wichtiger Faktor, wenn man mal lesen und 'seine Ruhe haben' möchte. Das ist Haus ist für sich bestens!

Une jolie maison sous le soleil du Sud de la France
Vacances en famille plus que réussies ... Tout d'abord un acceuil super sympathique par Beatrice qui nous attend avec le sourire et de gentilles attentions (oeufs de ses poules, des cocombres du marché et une delicieuse bouteille de rosé...) Ensuite, decouverte de la maison... un magnifique rez de chaussée avec une grande chambre et une salle de bains spacieuse... à l'etage , deux. chambres et une autre salle de douche.. La maison est plus que bien équipée, la terrasse s'offre a nous comme un havre de paix... bonnes vacances a tous ceux qui aurons le plaisir de profiter de ce joli cocon...

De woning is ideaal gelegen in Portiragnes op fietsafstand van alles. Het kanaal du midi is een trekpleister voor wie de fietsen meeneemt. Het huis is volledig afgeschermd van de buren. Het was kraaknet en voorzien van alles wat je tijdens een verblijf nodig hebt. De dame die ons opwachtte was heel vriendelijk en gaf de nodige uitleg. We keren waarschijnlijk nog terug.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohnküche, einen Balkon, einen Wintergarten und einen großen Außenbereich mit einem Essbereich im Baumschatten. Es liegt in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Wohnanlage, etwa 10 - 15 Gehminuten vom großen Strand und dem Ortskern entfernt. Abends hört man gelegentlich Musik vom nahen Campingplatz, allerdings nicht sehr laut und störend. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut, sogar ein Gefrierschrank war da. Wir haben viel gekocht und Crepes gebacken, alles war sehr sauber und die Hausverwalter haben sich gut gekümmert. Vor der Anreise wurden wir informiert, dass wir Handtücher und Bettwäsche mitbringen müssen, das gehört in Frankreich nicht zur Standardausstattung. Portiragnes Plage ist ein kleiner, recht ruhiger Ferienort ohne große Hotels und nur wenig Animation, ein schöner langer Strand, auch ein Abschnitt für Hunde und viele Sportmöglichkeiten. Wir waren schon oft dort und kommen gerne wieder!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit gepflegtem Garten. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit vielen Extras. Der Strand ist fußläufig und sehr schön, viele tolle Ausflugsziel liegen in der Nähe. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Belle petite maison avec un beau jardin
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos 2 semaines en France. Cuisine très bien équipée, bon barbecue à gaz et climatisation dans la chambre à coucher. Il n'y a qu'un seul réfrigérateur, mais ce n'était pas un problème pour nous deux. La maison est très agréable et partiellement aménagée avec beaucoup d'amour du détail. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à l'aise. La propriétaire et la personne qui s'occupait de nous sur place étaient très aimables et prévenantes. A recommander !

Super ausgestattetes Haus
Von der Crêpes platte über Waage und Mixer ist wirklich alles in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Fenster sind alle mit Mückennetzen versehen, die aber zum lüften auch leicht eingerollt werden. In der ersten Woche war auf dem Campingplatz gegenüber Abenddisco. Das war sehr laut. Ansonsten haben wir die Ruhe sehr genossen.

Maison très jolie et très bien équipée
Séjour d'une semaine en Aout 2020 en famille (dont 2 enfants de 4 ans). Excellentes prestations, très supérieures aux standards habituels de location saisonnière: vaisselle abondante et de bonne gamme, cuisine ultra équipée, décoration raffinée et généreuse, climatisation bien efficace par des températures supérieures à 35ºC, moustiquaires intégrées à chaque fenêtre (génial), alèses plastifiées sur les lits 90cm (enfants), large parasol extérieur pour la terrasse, TV moderne, lit bébé avec mobilier adapté (dont table à langer) (même si on n'en a plus besoin), étendoir à linge, BBQ, etc...Inventaire impossible à faire car équipée comme pour y résider à l'année. Et tout est en excellent état. Place de parking juste devant la villa. Pratique pour charger/décharger les bagages. Accès piscine résidence à 10m, et plage de sable fin à 5 min en vélo/10 min à pieds par un joli chemin. Donc parfait. Si je dois émettre un souhait d'amélioration dans ce commentaire, je parlerais du Wifi. Il manque cruellement d'autant que le réseau Orange 4G/3G passe mal, donc difficile de se connecter pour de simples consultations de Web. Je crois comprendre d'autres commentaires que c'est une limitation de la résidence (accès fibre). Mais le reste est juste parfait. Y compris l'accueil par Béatrice à qui nous avons pu louer les draps (service optionnel), la propreté qu'elle assure avant que l'on arrive, et par les propriétaires avec qui nous avons pu trouver une solution face à un petit problème de serrure pendant le séjour. En conclusion je recommande sans réserve.

Jolie petite maison mitoyenne sur 2 étages dans résidence sécurisée à 10/15 minutes à pied de très belles plages. Petite piscine dans la résidence. Belle terrasse ombragée, équipements au top (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, BBQ Gaz, rangements), literie confortable. Très bien entretenu. Pour être parfait, il manquerait une deuxième place de parking pour la maison, un accès Wifi (le réseau SFR ne passe pas) et le prix du ménage est un peu élevé. La propriétaire Brigitte et la personne qui gère la maison sur place (Béatrice) sont très sympathiques et réactives.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cette maison qui est très bien équipée, très propre, nous avons apprécié la climatisation, les nombreux équipements (barbecue, salon de jardin, lave vaisselle), le solarium. La résidence est très bien située à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et du centre de Portiragnes Plage, nous avons pu aller chaque jour au marché à pied. Seul petit bémol, pas de WIFI ds la maison ni dans la résidence... dommage avec des ados! Maison à recommander vivement.

Séjour Août (deux semaines)
Jolie villa avec cuisine toute équipée qui est superbe,ses chambres , les salles de bains , tout y est très propre et arrangé avec goût . Par contre , nous avons souffert de la chaleur dans la villa , la climatisation n'est pas adaptée à l 'ensemble de la maison , et en plus elle était en panne ..j 'ai contacté Mr Rey lors de notre première semaine , Madame Rey m'a dit qu'effectivement le loueur de la semaine passée lui avait précisé aussi , elle était désolée mais ne m'a pas fait part d 'une éventuelle réparation possible ( il doit bien y avoir un service pour ce genre de problème) ou d'un geste commercial de sa part . En conclusion , nous sommes repartis plus fatigués qu 'a l 'arrivée , nos nuits ont été insupportables , nous avons cherché l'air frais dehors en pleine nuit . Les ventilateurs mis a notre disposition ne servent pas à grand chose quand la chaleur est trop forte (et une chambre n'en était pas équipée). Je sais que vous n 'êtes pas responsable de la météo mais un investissement de climatisation dans les chambres et étage est plus que nécessaire. Cordialement

Tolles Häuschen mit viel Platz
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in diesem geräumigen Häuschen, das bestens ausgestattet ist. Große Terasse, Sonnenliegen, Außendusche -alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Portiragnes Plage - wir kommen gerne auch ein fünftes Mal❤

Très mauvais accueil, avons attendu 40 m minutes devant la résidence avec 2 enfants 2 et 5 bcp de br
Devant la résidence avec 2 enfants de 2 et 5 ans avec 38 degrés. Résidence tres bruyante musique à fond chez les voisins. 31 degrés dans les chambres, une clim serait bienvenue. Semaine très difficile je déconseille avec des enfants en bas âge

This is one of the most comfortable holiday homes I have ever rented. Plenty of space for 5 or 6 persons. Village and beach at a walking distance. And a very funny and handy detail: a garden shower you can use when you return from the beach. Great!
