"The property is very nice, the pool is superb however they close it very early at 7 pm but I understand they may want to prevent noise for the tenants facing the pool. The staff in general was nice, but a few were a little annoyed by questions. You need a car I will not walk outside the property since it is a main road. They offer a shuttle to the Alvor beach ( it is a public beach) you can inquire if they offer other stops, I am sure Uber works fine too. If dinning in the property make sure to...

"Location is very nice. Beautiful beach. Facilities is good. Would like to see the whirlpools both in and out be heated. Same temperature as main pools. The furniture in our suite was sub-par with only one lightbulb for the whole room. It was dark at night with this small floor lamp. The furniture was old and uncomfortable as was the table and chairs. More suited for a beach, not the suite. The only other issue was the hotel signage.
