The Sienna Apartment is a charming holiday property, tastefully decorated and located in the private Rocha Prime complex in Praia da Rocha, a short walk from the beach. With such an excellent location in the centre of Praia da Rocha, with easy access to various golf courses and beaches, this is an ideal apartment to enjoy with family and friends throughout the year.

The comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor and can be accessed by elevator or stairs. It is also equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms.

One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, both with built-in wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one equipped with a bathtub and a shower and the other with a shower. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils, such as dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric hob, microwave, iron and ironing board.

The living/dining room is open, bright and spacious, with large windows, satellite TV, a large and comfortable sofa to relax and a dining table. This space opens onto the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the afternoon sun.

Rocha Prime is an excellent development located on the first line of Praia da Rocha, which makes it unique in Praia da Rocha. The complex also has one of the best locations in Portimão, just 2 minutes walk from the beach and a short walk from a variety of excellent restaurants and bars. The picturesque sandstone cliffs nearby offer beautiful coastal walks and secluded sandy coves that connect to the main stretch of Praia da Rocha. At night, the lively entertainment on Praia da Rocha's main street is not to be missed.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

Changeover day is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Excellent location
Spacious condo in perfect location from beach, restaurants and nightlife. Literally a few minutes to all that you could want. Private parking is a plus. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very spacious with two bedrooms and 2 baths. Also has a little patio where we enjoyed our coffee. Washing machine came in handy as well.

One of the highlights of this apartment was its proximity to everything Portimão has to offer
My recent stay in Portimão was an absolute dream come true. The apartment is situated close to everything one could desire, including the beach, this accommodation provided the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and coastal charm. The kitchen was well-appointed, allowing me to whip up delicious meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The bedroom was cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure. Last but certainly not least, I must commend the representative for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I booked the apartment to the day I checked out, they were attentive, responsive, and incredibly welcoming.
