Location, location, location
An absolutely amazing place to stay - exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, bright and well situated condo in Portimao. The upstairs patio area was a fabulous place to lounge in morning, afternoon and evening, with great vistas. The condo is a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and more.

Excellent location, great parking for the car. The location is close to great restaurants and shopping. Easy access to great walking trails and the beach. Lovely terrace for sitting in the sun. Highly recommend!!!
It was wonderful!! The lady who manages our stay was remarkable. She helped us with everything we needed. The pool is clean and beautiful. Restaurant breakfast is amazing!!! Staff are extremely courteous kind and professional! There’s laundry facilities in our room which we used. Close to the marina. Everything one needs!

Tivoli Marina stay
We had a very enjoyable week in the apartment in Tivoli Marina. We were a little later than expected checking in but Svetlana met us and showed us round. She was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and more, we were very comfortable there and hope to visit again before too long.

Gorgeous views, lovely people and more than comfortable accommodations.
This was a truly lovely spot in a gorgeous area. Lots around to do … or just read and relax by the pool or on the rooftop terrace. Contact Svetlana was most responsive and very helpful. Looking forward to making this a spot for a family vacation in the future.

Nice property, fabulous pool,lots of local restaurants. Host skimped on everything offered. It was cold at night -one thin bedcover on bed. Uncovered duvets in cupboard host refused us covers - telling us to ask the hotel next door!!!!!!! Hotel said it was a private apartment and OF COURSE would not give us duvet covers!!! We were there for 9 days, left 2 towels each, no other sheets, had to wash towels no wash powder left. Asked to use dishwasher no washing tablets. Left only the toilet roll on the holder. Last thing you want to do on holiday is buyloo rolls, boxes of wash powder/ dishwasher pills. Fresh linen and towels and loo rolls could all be seen locked in a glass cupboard!!! Sorry mean hosting

Lack of WiFi kept us from giving 5 stars
We enjoyed our stay here. The roof deck was a fantastic spot to relax, get some sun, and catch the breeze coming in off of the water. Proximity to the beach (~300 meters) meant that we were close enough to walk there easily but far enough away that we could have quiet when we wanted it. My only wish was that the unit had WiFi. While the description says that they do, in reality you use the WiFi coming from the hotel, which is inconsistent and weak at best, and nonexistent at worst. You can not reliably use the internet. On the roof you can get a weak signal that drops frequently, but in the unit it is not stable at all. So if you're here for the beach and want to avoid technology, you will love this place. But if you need to work, communicate, or stream anything using the internet, perhaps consider someplace else.

This booking was excellent right from the prompt communication with the owners, Sandra & Simao, to the easy checkin by Svitlana to the quality and location of the property. Exceptional value especially this time of year. The private roof top terrace was a huge bonus even though I did not really use it on this trip, next time for sure. Private underground parking, exercise room and outdoor swimming pool (15 degrees...brrr). The weather was even nice enough to enjoy the beach in February!! Would not hesitate to recommend and book again.

Traveled with my Husband and two young children. Our stay was comfortable. The apartment was in the perfect location to all amenities. The property indicates that there is wi-fi in the unit, however it is the hotels wi-fi and rarely had a connection within the unit. Overall we had a great time and the unit was good for the price.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely resort
Just back from spending a wonderful week at Sandra's apartment. The apartment itself was modernly decorated & immaculate. The resort was fairly quiet since it was March but was perfect for us to spend a relaxing week. We ended our days relaxing on the large fantastic rooftop terrace after lots of walking & the occasional visit to the fitness room which was on our doorstep. It is set in the beautiful Tivoli Marina complex, where the staff are very welcoming & friendly. This was our second holiday to Portimao/Praia da Rocha and would definitely return again to this apartment. The Marina & Praia da Rocha are lovely with lots of great restaurants nearby and again we found the staff so friendly.

Loved the Beautiful Location, Resort Amenities and Rooftop Terrace
It was our first trip to Portimao. The condo is in a great location right on the second floor with a view of the pool from the rooftop terrace. The marina is full of beautiful boats and it is an easy stroll to the beachfront area where you can find many restaurants. There are two stunning beaches that you can walk to; Praia de Rocha, Beach Tres Castelos. Beach Tres Castelos is connected to Praia de Rocha at low tide and has beautiful rock formations. We only used our car to tour to Sagres. Other than that we were happy to relax in the condo and Tivoli resort area and beaches. There is a poolside bar where you can get drinks and food. The condo itself was not stocked so we purchased some snacks and drink at a local mini mercado which was also very convenient once we found it. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable but only a small thing compared to all of the positives. We like hanging out on the roof top terrace with a bottle of wine while reading or just enjoying the evening air. We thought it was a great value for the money. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. I liked being at the marina rather than at one of the other many condos in town that were set back from the ocean up on the hill.

Becoming a tired property....
first impression is small for a family of 4. it can take 3 in comfort, not 4. not ideal for family with young children as not a lot of space for them to play and too many stairs to front door and roof top. solarium is nice space but soooo windy so sitting out isn't pleasant as cant put up brolley / sun shade as just blows over. Furniture on solarium looking tired and worn out. Broken shower fixing isn't a good first impression either so no adult could shower adequately. advertising wi fi is wrong when you dont have it, either fit it in your property or don't say you have it. didn't like salt water pools but that's maybe a personal opinion. cutlery, crockery and utensils all a bit mismatched Air conditioning very good as looks like new inverters fitted. location good for both portimao and prai de rocha. bbq on roof terrace is a nice to have as used a couple of times. just need to be careful that property is fully maintained as it is becoming quite tired and dilapidated
