1966 / AL One bedroom apartment with panoramic sea view. With ceramic floor. The double bedroom, with bedside tables, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. The balcony overlooking the beach. With air-conditional.
Bathroom with washbasin, shower, illuminated mirror, hairdryer and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove / oven, fridge freezer, microwave washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The living room with sofa and dining table. With satellite TV. It has garage space for a car.
The apartment is located next to the gazebo. The apartment is bright.
Avenida Tomas cabreira has everything from restaurants and shops of all kinds. It goes to the Casino, Fort Santa Catarina and the marina. A walk to the lighthouse. Next to the building is a supermarket, pharmacy and many other services.
Praia da Rocha was voted the best beach in Europe in 2015. The beach is safe. From the lighthouse to Praia do Vau is accompanied by a pedestrian zone, with an abundance of restaurants near the sand. A dream to eat there! Fresh fish!

The location could not have been better. The space is exactly as described and super clean. The noise was mentioned in reviews so we knew going in...but the bar is noisy, really loud. That was the only negative of our stay...aside from that it was perfect!

Best view to be had
Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with gorgeous views from the balconies of the ocean and rocks. Just off the main street that runs along the beach, so it’s steps from numerous restaurants and bars. A supermarket is also nearby for times when you want to cook in the kitchen, which has a stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and full size fridge. The coffeemaker is nice for having morning coffee on the balcony and looking out at the ocean.

From the US so rented it without knowing a lot about the area. Great location 1 minute walk to the beach. Balcony is very small but there are 3 of them. Everything was great.

We fell in Love at the first sight…! The apt it’s outstanding everything was excellent the view from the 3 porches was awesomely we enjoyed eating breakfast over looking at the ocean …. We recommended and Sra : Graca very genuine person and very friendly …!

Everything you could need
We loved our stay in this apartment! Maria was very helpful and easy to reach. Our arrival was disrupted and she was very gracious to wait for us. The until is in an older building on the 5th floor, directly facing the ocean. The elevator to the building was hard to get used to but the stairs worked well for us. The until is well appointed, with cooking utensils and a washing machine. The until was more spacious than I was expecting, though my favorite spot was out on the balcony watching all the action below. The location was perfect for us... about a mile from the Marina in one direction and half that distance to beautiful sunset viewing location in the other. If we find ourselves in Portimao we would love to stay here again!

Apartment in a good location, clean with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Everything as advertised but there was some construction/painting work on the building and we had 2 days were one of the balconies was unusable and the noise was very disturbing. We would like to return in the future and enjoy the apartment in a quiet environment. Just an appreciation to the owners for their kindness and good communication.

Todo correcto. Se corresponde con lo anunciado. Valoramos mucho la opción de tener plaza de parking y la cercanía a la playa. Aunque se escucha bastantante el ruido de la calle no nos ha causado mayor problema. Como sugerencia, proponemos que no estaría de más disponer de un kit básico de limpieza (estropajo, jabón...) Sin duda, repetitíamos.

Decepção na estadia
Apesar da localização junto ao mar, não compensou por uma série de situações: - Telefonema da anfitriã a questionar se demorávamos muito a chegar pois 16h30 teria de estar em Alvor (o check-in 16h). - Cobra valor extra pelos atoalhados e não passou recibo dos mesmos. - Cano do lava louças entupido, contactei anfitriã que ficou de resolver esta questão na manhã seguinte, na hora de almoço ainda estávamos a aguardar o arranjo do cano, só depois de nova insistência nossa foi resolvido. - Aluga casa com garagem, mas junto da garagem estacionam imensos carros que bloqueiam a entrada e saída da garagem, anfitriã pede a nossa compreensão por serem do mesmo prédio. - O recibo da casa foi deixado dentro da garagem por baixo do pára-brisas, ou seja a anfitriã dispõe da garagem entrando e saindo sem aviso, penso que seja uma falta de respeito, nos dias que aluga a casa e garagem não deverá entrar quando quer ou sem estarem presentes as pessoas que pagaram o aluguer. - Solicitei o recibo dos atoalhados e este não foi passado, contactei a solicitar o mesmo sem qualquer sucesso. - O check-out (10h00) as empregadas entram no apartamento sem avisar, ou seja caso tenham uma atraso de 5 minutos já tem as empregadas dentro de casa. Pouco prestável, hospitalidade e atenção para esteja tudo funcional no apartamento e pouco para não dizer nenhuma disponibilidade para resolução de alguma eventualidade inesperada.
