1966 / AL One bedroom apartment with panoramic sea view. With ceramic floor. The double bedroom, with bedside tables, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. The balcony overlooking the beach. With air-conditional.
Bathroom with washbasin, shower, illuminated mirror, hairdryer and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove / oven, fridge freezer, microwave washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The living room with sofa and dining table. With satellite TV. It has garage space for a car.
The apartment is located next to the gazebo. The apartment is bright.
Avenida Tomas cabreira has everything from restaurants and shops of all kinds. It goes to the Casino, Fort Santa Catarina and the marina. A walk to the lighthouse. Next to the building is a supermarket, pharmacy and many other services.
Praia da Rocha was voted the best beach in Europe in 2015. The beach is safe. From the lighthouse to Praia do Vau is accompanied by a pedestrian zone, with an abundance of restaurants near the sand. A dream to eat there! Fresh fish!

Great location
2 weeks with 2 adults and 2 children (3 & 9). 5th floor with 2 elevators, spacious, 3 balconies, air-conditioning, speedy internet, smart tv, kitchen fully equipped, great cleaning service, great check-in and checkout, great communication with the owner, very close to the beach, very close to shops, chemist, restaurants etc.

From the US so rented it without knowing a lot about the area. Great location 1 minute walk to the beach. Balcony is very small but there are 3 of them. Everything was great.

The location could not have been better. The space is exactly as described and super clean. The noise was mentioned in reviews so we knew going in...but the bar is noisy, really loud. That was the only negative of our stay...aside from that it was perfect!

Very Loud at night related to bar next to the Condo Building.
Great water views from 3 balconies. Clean unit. Close to restaurants. Very hard to get sleep because of the noise from “Monkey Bar” beside it, that stayed open until 3:00 am in morning. The sound echoes between the surrounding condos, Not a good place if you are going to rest & relax. Great place if you like to party. Host was very nice & helpful.

Perfect, quaint, feels like home!
My husband and I found this gem, and were to rent from Grace for a 6 week stay. Grace made everything so easy, and went over and above to ensure we had all we needed. She was there to greet us upon arrival, and graciously showed us, and informed us of the apt., as well as the area. The apt is on the 5th floor, just metres from the beautiful beach, boardwalk, and promenade. Each of 3 balcony's allows for a great view of the ocean, and area. Apt was very quaint, felt like home. It was stocked with everything necessary, and was clean, and spacious. The location is great. Just out the door is a roadway, promenade with many shops and restaurants. Many stairways down the cliffs to a boardwalk along the most beautiful beach. Beachfront restaurants and bars with great outdoor seating options. Unfortunately our stay was abruptly cut short, after only 10 days, by the covid-19 virus. It was sad to see our favorite restaurants, and shops close their doors, but safety first. We hope in the not too far future, that we can return to this beautiful area. We have many plans that we were not able to fulfill. So much to do in and around the area. Great Vacation
My wife and I rented this property for 2 months (Jan and Feb) and were very happy with the apartment. Everything was as shown in the photos. Three balconies were a plus. Location was excellent. Graca and Alfredo were lovely people to deal with. Would stay there again. Thank you Graca and Alfredo.

Everything you need
Great location, lovely apartment, stunning views. It has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday and it is located in the heart of the resort with all amenities close by. A minute walk takes you to the main promenade, steps to the beach, shops, bus stop, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Would definitely recommend!!! Thank you Grace!

What an amazing little find! This property is lush...such a good location and the views are beautiful. We were greeted by Grace who is lovely and cannot do enough for you, she was also a great communicator before arriving at the property and leading up to the holiday. The property is absolutely spotless, very modern and had everything you would need. It was like home from home. Kitchen: Fridge, freezer, oven, hob, all cutlery/utensils and table ware, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea towels, washing machine. Balcony. Living room: Sofa, sofa bed, coffee table, dining table & chairs, tv with English speaking channels, air conditioning. Balcony. Bedroom: double bed, drawers, triple cupboard with hangers, ironing board, iron, air conditioning, fleece blankets if needed. Balcony. Other amenities: washing maiden, pegs We did have to pay a little extra for the use of bed linen and towels at the property but Grace will ask you if you require this before you arrive, but you can take your own if you prefer. The apartment is a 2 min walk onto the Praia da Rocha beach and the main shopping strip and bars, there is plenty of places to choose from to eat and drink. We hired a car and with the apartment comes a free parking space! Very handy. We were a couple using this apartment but it is reportedly suitable for 4 people which I think would still be ok. The second bed is a pull out sofa bed in the living room. There is plenty of space. We had more than enough as 2 people. We would definitely recommend in booking this apartment if you have the opportunity and we will definitely be back to stay. Thank you for such a great stay.

Perfect in every way.
We enjoyed our holiday so much. The Apartment is fantastic, even nicer than it looks on the photos. It’s huge, spotless and has just about everything you need. The location was great and the views from the balconies were beautiful. Hosts Grace and Fred are really nice and very helpful. We would stay again without a doubt.

Excellent location.
Unit overlooks a spectacular wide open beach on the Atlantic and is easily accessible to amenities whether travelling on foot or by car. We also enjoyed quiet moments relaxing in the unit as we got away from winter back home. Owner is very gracious and it was our pleasure to have met her.

Beautiful place, great location, everything you need for a memorable trip to Algarve!
We were very happy with our stay here! The property was clean and spacious! Kitchen was well equipped, the views from all 3 balconies were great and we loved the AC as there was a heat wave when we arrived. The indoor parking was a bonus! We were a short walk to the beach and close to so many restaurants/cafes. Would definitely come back here and have recommended it to our family and friends :)

We loved our stay in this apartment! Maria was very helpful and easy to reach. Our arrival was disrupted and she was very gracious to wait for us. The until is in an older building on the 5th floor, directly facing the ocean. The elevator to the building was hard to get used to but the stairs worked well for us. The until is well appointed, with cooking utensils and a washing machine. The until was more spacious than I was expecting, though my favorite spot was out on the balcony watching all the action below. The location was perfect for us... about a mile from the Marina in one direction and half that distance to beautiful sunset viewing location in the other. If we find ourselves in Portimao we would love to stay here again!

Apartment in a good location, clean with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Everything as advertised but there was some construction/painting work on the building and we had 2 days were one of the balconies was unusable and the noise was very disturbing. We would like to return in the future and enjoy the apartment in a quiet environment. Just an appreciation to the owners for their kindness and good communication.

Best view to be had
Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with gorgeous views from the balconies of the ocean and rocks. Just off the main street that runs along the beach, so it’s steps from numerous restaurants and bars. A supermarket is also nearby for times when you want to cook in the kitchen, which has a stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and full size fridge. The coffeemaker is nice for having morning coffee on the balcony and looking out at the ocean.
